PARTNERSHIPS FOR ACCESS GRANT PROGRAM APPLICATON FORM STREAM 2: PARTNERSHIP IMPLEMENTATION EXPLANATORY NOTES This form should be completed by a consortia of Learn Local Organisations (LLO) that want to apply for a grant of up to $200,000 to assist in implementing a partnership arrangement where agreement has already been reached between the partners to proceed. LLOs that want to undertake an initial investigation to see whether a partnership might be right for them should apply under Stream 1: Partnership Development, and complete the application form for this stream. This form is to be completed electronically. In responding to questions that require a free text response, please limit this to 200 words per question.
