Complete online registration form (and tuition reduction/scholarship request if applicable) during online enrollment
sessions or at on-site registrations.

Registration receipt will be mailed or emailed (based on parent request) within two weeks of registration that
includes:
General summer program and class information
Confirmation of class enrollment
Status of application for Tuition Reduction or Scholarship requests
Full-amount of tuition owed
Any payment or balance information
Payment due dates and procedures
Course enrollment is pending guidance counselor approval and full tuition payment.
Payment for Courses
Initial payment for all courses (minimum of 25% of tuition) is due at each on-site registration. Official
enrollment is pending payment of full tuition.
In Person: Cash, money order, check (made payable to HCPSS), or credit card (Mastercard/Visa) are accepted during
any on-site registration.
By mail: Checks can be mailed in with a completed payment form. Payments received without this
documentation will be returned.
