requests for City Council action. For example:
- Ordinances that contain specific, legally enforceable rules that the municipal corporation
and public must adhere to
- Policies that provide staff with direction on how to manage the city’s resources
- Master Plans that describe the key long term goals for infrastructure development
- Capital Improvement Plans for new municipal projects, streets, parks, buildings, etc.
- Intergovernmental cooperative agreements
