ACADEMIC ISSUES
All students registered at Kizumba secondary school will be obliged to spare of their efforts in
studies and those who fail to attain the school pass Mark will repeat the class accordingly.
Notes:
The subjects offered at Kizumba Secondary School are:
Civics, Kiswahili, History, English, Geography, Basic Mathematics, Biology, Physics, chemistry,
Book keeping, Commerce and Bible Knowledge.
Parents/Guardians who will opt to bring their children at Kizumba Secondary school should
make sure that they at least buy text books of three subjects and the recommended text Books
are LONGMAN and OXFORD Books(every Student should bring with him/her English-English
Dictionary)
SCHOOL MENU
The school provides enough food of better quality; students are therefore not allowed to bring
other food to the school. It is strictly prohibited to penetrate any kind of food stuff, juice,
biscuits and chewing gums in class.
SCHOOL PAYMENTS
All payments must be payed at Bank in the following school account CYPRYAN KIZUMBA SALU,
Account no. 2032505950 N.M.B or KIZUMBA SECONDARY SCHOOL, Account no 10700098317
AKIBA COMMERCIAL BANK, Mbagala Branch in Dar es Salaam.
Remember to write the student name on the pay-in slip.(After the payment have been made
please submit the original Bank pay in-slip to the school). A parent/guardian should make sure
that he/she gets stamped receipts showing the correct amount of money paid. The appendix
for expounded payment structure is attached here with for your references. It should also be
clear that “NO REFUND SUBSTITUTE OR TRANSFER WILL BE ACCEPTED”. For this reason you are
advised to be careful in your decision before making payment of the school Fees.
Also the school has establish a “REMEDIAL CLASSESS SCHEME” where parents/guardians
contributes Tsh 50,000/= per term (January-June) for first term and Tsh 50,000/=(JulyDecember)for the second term.
SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATION
 The school takes care for all Boarding and Day students under the principles of “EVERY
CHILD HAS EQUAL CHANCE AND RIGHT TO EDUCATION” so we advise all students to
respect the school Administration and follow the instructions and directives given to
them.
 Students are not allowed to make any kind of communication and instruction is ENGLISH
so our slogan is :NO ENGLISH NO SERVICE”
 Students are not allowed to communication with visitors without first getting the school
authorities permission and not otherwise.
NOTE
The following offences/mistakes one committed by a student shall lead for expulsion
from the School after information the parent and School Board.
a) Theft
b) Cheating in the Examinations
c) Smoking cigarette, Bhang or Marijuana or using abused drugs and Keeping
possession of the same.
d) Getting or causing pregnancy
e) Including in Sexual or love affairs
f) Committing abortion
g) Absenteeism exceeding 14 consecutive days without official information or
permission.
h) Fighting strike for Food, class and other activities done by school
i) Harassment/segregation especially on issues related to gender age tribe race or
religion
j) Truancy i.e. leaving the school compound without permission.
k) Possession or using/keeping of unauthorized material such as mobile, phone, TV,
necklaces, rings, radio etc.
l) Indecent dressing eg. Dressing brief skirts, blouses and loose trousers.
SCHOOL BOUNDARIES
All students will be oriented to the school Boundaries and premises. After that orientation
students will not be allowed to go beyond the school Boundaries and without any written and
signed Document from the Headmaster.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS
 The school will provide reports of student’s continuous assessment to evaluate their
academic progress. The report shall be provided to you four times a year.
 During vacation, students will be provide with academic files and home works, so
parents/guardian are asked to give them enough time to do the home work and that
home work will be checked by teachers and those whose their work are not done, they
will be returned back home to rectify the anomaly.
