I/O Module 1. 液位傳送器(兩線式) :Range 0.0~100.0% , 4~20mA 2. 流量傳送器(四線式) : Range 0.0~10.0L/MIN , 4~20mA 3. 流量控制閥 : Fail Open (Air to Close) , 4~20mA(Reverse) 4. PUMP 監控 : Pump Output (DO) : Pump Answerback (DI) 二. Control Drawing & Logic Interlock要求 1. 液位與流量作 CASCADE 控制. 2. 利用 SIO-11 (Switch Instrument) 來控制 Pump 3. Sequence Control: 利用一 Common Switch 來作製程 AUT/MAN 控制之切換. ※Sequence 動作僅在 Switch ON 時才有效,Switch OFF時PUMP停止,流量控制切成MAN * 液位 NR 時, 將液位控制器切成 AUT , 流量控制器切成 CAS 並打開 Pump * 液位 HI 時, 將流量控制器切成 MAN, 並將 PUMP 關掉, 發起一 Annunciator * 液位 LO 時, 將流量控制器切成 MAN, 並將控制閥關掉, 發起一 Operator Guide 三. 建立 Control Group 及 Trend Group Panel , 並調整 P, I , D .及其他參數 四. Graphic Panel要求 * 液位隨 Tank 1 實際液位變化,液位 HI 時變為黃色,液位 HH 時變為紅色且閃爍 * Graphic 畫面上可看到液位及流量之 PV, SV, MV, MODE. 並可更改 SV 及 MV * Pump 啟動時會變色. 被發起之 Annunciator 及 Operator Guide 可 Display在 Graphic畫面上 YOKOGAWA Thank you for your attention!
