Maintenance and Facility Manager
 Responsible for the maintenance management, calibration, scheduled and unscheduled
maintenance of over 300 items of dental equipment in a compliance with ISO 13485,
DAMAS, and Title 21 CFR 820
 Responsible for the acceptance, issuance, and storage and disposal of all waste chemicals
and materials for a 23K sqft. facility making over 300 units per day.
 Stood up an effective collection, storage, and disposal of all blood borne pathogens
 Identified over 2,000 lbs. of outside exposed waste that was not protected from the
elements. Established a recovery and disposal system that meets EPA guidelines and
reduces the risk for injury to the employee due to transport or collection.
 Supervises 3 employees in the upkeep and cleanliness for the FDA regulated facility

Production and Safety Manager- Only dual roll employee for 6 years
 Responsible for the production efforts of 310 employees in a 67,000-sqft facility.
 Within 18 months, raised production output from 4 million to 9 million units per month
 Responsible for the cGMP posture, validation, and quality during 24/7, 3 shift operation
 Created a cross-functional safety program resulting in 11 safety programs, orientation and
required training, OSHA certified monitors, and a Safety Committee group, while
fostering a zero injury standard.
 Raised availability machine utilization from 45% to 93%.
 Reduced the OSHA recordables from 14 to 3 resulting in a TCIR rate of 1.2%
 Reduced employee turn over by 22% in the first 3 years
 Worked directly with Human Resources to build an employee engagement group that
spoke for all employees taking real-time issues to upper management that reduced
ergonomic issues by 74%.
 Worked with cross-functional departments to increase FIFO and turn around time,
resulting in a bigger footprint for raw materials and finished goods both in warehouse and
controlled storage areas.
 Responsible for the controlled documentation of 122 SOP’s, 75 work instructions, and 35
forms to include annual review updates and process changes, resulting in a passing grade
during our last two cGMP audits.


 Evaluated and re-wrote job descriptions and updated OJT training for 12 different
