Andrea Bandirali
Andrea is CEO and CFO of the consulting company italdesk sp.zoo with offices in Poland,
Germany, Italy and Switzerland. Previously he was Project Manager at the German-Italian
Chamber of Commerce. He has degrees from the Universities of Bologna and Leipzig. He
is an expert in international business, focusing on Central Europe (Poland and Germany)
and Italy. He speaks Italian, German, Polish and English.
Alexandra Sineau
Alexandra has a Masters degree in international management and development of
companies. She has been a consultant with EOC International - based in Marseilles,
South of France– since November 2011. Previously she worked in international sales in a
laboratory – Antagene - which sells DNA tests for dogs and cats in order to detect
disease. She speaks French and English.
Kim W. Lauritsen
COO, LNP Corporate Finance A/S, Copenhagen. LNP Corporate Finance is an ICT
specialized cross-border M&A advisory firm operating in the Nordic region and Northern
Europe with global reach.
Mark Dodsworth
Mark has a BA in Modern Languages from the University of Leeds and a Masters in Latin
American Studies from the University of Oxford. He is an experienced consultant and
project manager and is in his element managing large and complex projects such as
trade missions, B2B partnering and matchmaking events. He also uses his skills to make
the most of market opportunities in the UK for overseas client companies. In addition,
Mark facilitates training workshops on many aspects of international business. He has
been working in Iceland for 12 years and is a regular contributor to the UH and Utstim
export development programmes. His early career was in the British Diplomatic Service
and he maintains a healthy interest in current affairs and travel. He is fluent in Spanish,
French and Portuguese.

Onno Jol
Onno has an extensive track record as a business advisor and company director. A native
of Holland, He has lived and worked in a number of countries and has been responsible
for the management and delivery of international services for 15 years. Onno holds
degrees in financial management and marketing. His main expertise is in mergers and
acquisitions where he focuses on the ICT, technology and professional services sectors.
Onno is a keen and competitive sportsman – one of his proudest achievements was
completing a marathon inside the Arctic Circle, in Greenland. Onno is a Dutch speaker
and fluent in English. In 2014 he was appointed a Director of Europartnerships Ltd
Robert Gericke
Robert is the Founding Partner of Proventus which he established in 1997 in Germany
and incorporated the company in 2000 in Portugal. His main areas of activity are
Business Development, Finance, Corporate Governance, and Real Estate. His company
provides mainly corporate services for international small to mid-sized clients. Robert
holds a PhD in economics and a master degree in international law. He has lived and
worked in Germany, Brazil, the UK, Spain, and Portugal and is fluent in those countries´
languages.
Javier Moreno Oto
Javier Moreno Oto is the CEO and Founder of DEKER Marketing Consultants. He has a BA
in Communication Sciences with a Specialism in Advertising from the University of the
Basque Country, an MBA in the Administration and Management of Businesses from the
European School of Business and an MA in the Management of International Business
from Alava Chamber of Commerce and Industry. During the course of his professional
career he has held senior positions within the fields of market research, commercial
distribution, marketing and international sales and purchasing. Over the last 15 years,
Javier has combined his professional career with a busy schedule as a presenter and
trainer, working with more than 15,000 company owners, managers and directors in the
fields of sales, communication and international marketing.
