What if you become ill during the exam?
The university has many regulations regarding
exams:
• You must choose to finish the exam or leave
• If you choose to finish, there can be no deferrals
• If you choose to leave, you MUST go immediately
to a doctor so that the doctor can assess your
condition.
• You must obtain documentation about your
condition from the doctor
• If you do not immediately go to a doctor or you
do not receive documentation from the doctor,
you will not be permitted to apply for a deferral

Tips and Strategies
• Read the exam fully. I have proofread the exam
but there is always the possibility of a mistake.
• eg. Pages out of order, miss-numbered
questions, etc.
• If in doubt, ask.
• Read the question FULLY!
• Double check your bubble sheet to ensure that it
contains your real answers.
• Bring more than one pencil, a sharpener, and an
eraser!
