Objectives


To encourage & support early integration
of NCS students into the community,
including facilitating their adaptation to
the local education system & mastery of
the Chinese Language
Series of support measures put in place
since 2006

 We ensure equal opportunities for NCS
students in school admission, learning
and further study pursuits


reminded of their responsibilities

make their best endeavours to support
the teaching and learning of all students
irrespective of race
