I have knowledge and basic principles of compression and combustion engines, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems of all wheeled vehicles in the fleet, responsible for the safe handling, storage and disposal of hazardous materials within the maintenance field. Results: The unit just completed a Environmental Protection Agency inspection of the units assigned area of work. The team received a grade of a 100% for the third time in a row; making our unit the only unit in Fort Hood history to receive a perfect score three consecutive times! Awards include four Army Achievement Awards in recognition for superior work ethic and performance in line with my duties. Civilian Experience Schlumberger 2007-2011 Offshore Senior Wire line Operator Being responsible for the maintaining and operation of all surface equipment involved in offshore wire line operations. All of this equipment is vital to the mission. As a wire line operator you are directly responsible for the success of the mission. The job starts and ends with the operators performance; from the building of the head, the electrical connection from the wire line to the down hole tools to transmit and receive data to accurately log gas and oil wells, as well as operating pressure control related equipment to keep the well under control at all times. I am also responsible for keeping materials and supplies on my crew at an accurate level to complete the task at hand. Results: In the three years I have been with Schlumberger I have had zero lost time due to improper work, or work related practices and have been directly involved in bringing over $ 4 million dollars of revenue to the district through flawless execution of my assigned responsibilities. Horizontal Wireline Services General Operator 2011-2013 As a General Operator I had to have a clear understanding of all ground operations outside of the logging truck. I was responsible for a crew of 3 operators at any given time. Responsible for the training of S.S.E.’s (Short Service Employees) in all aspects of our pump down operations. Directly responsible for training people in the operation of all 10 k Elmar Grease pacakages utilized in our day to day pump down operations. I was also tasked with keeping daily explosive inventory for the Engineer on location. I have zero lost time due to improper load outs, and zero lost time due to human error miss runs. I’ve been directly involved with training multiple people from the ground up that are now in J.F.E. positions! Horizontal Wireline Services Cased Hole Completions Field Engineer 2013-2015 Tasked with the safe operations of jet perforating gun systems conveyed on wireline in gas and oil wells in the Marcellus Shale and the EagleFord Shale. As an Engineer for Horizontal Wireline I am the face of the company on all client well sites. I am responsible for a multitude of tasks such as adhering to all H.S.E. policies set forth by our company as well as client specific policies as well. I am responsible for ensuring all of our personnel are up to date with the latest training and S.O.P.s ( Standard Operating Procedures). I have never had any U.P.O. ( Unintentional Pull Out) at surface or downhole, or any O.D.P. (Off Depth Perforation) I have Knowledge of Vertical Operations as well, Lately I have been setting Production Packers and running various 3rd party tools such as Gyros, and Tractors for pump down toe preps. Extensive experience with Dyna Energetics gun systems from Selectronic (External Switches) to the new DynaSelect.( Switch is integrated into the Detonator) As well as Titan RF safe Control Fire System. Allied Horizontal Wireline Services 2015-Present Field Service Coordinator As a Field Service Coordinator I am tasked with a multitude of responsibilities that significantly reduce the work load on the Field Service Manager, Shop Foreman, and Service Quality department occasionally. I assist in the upkeep and dispatch of equipment and vehicles at our Victoria, TX. Facility. I also help in job preparation such as loadouts and pre-job checks/repair of tools and equipment. (Benchmark Wireline 3k measuring heads and Titan quad diode Casing Collar Locators, ICS Addressable Detachment Tool.) I serve as a training mentor to operators of all levels and junior field engineers, as well as green engineers. I help spread my knowledge of cased hole operations and the correct Allied Horizontal Wireline values and vision within the team. This greatly contributes to the success of the team as evidenced by our very low lost time or NPT (Non Productive Time) in the Victoria District. We as a team have also achieved a run to miss-run ratio of 148 to 1 for the year! With my knowledge of Pressure Control equipment I was given the project of procuring the proper configurations required by Talisman Energy to successfully deploy our services in the Eagleford Shale play. All Talisman Energy Jobs were completed successfully with our new 10 k WP Elmar equipment having a significant positive impact of revenue by being able to bundle services and reduce client cost. I am also responsible for the up keep and general maintenance on all three of our staff houses for the district. All minor repairs within reason ( painting, changing filters, replacing hinges etc.) I do myself whereas major repairs I seek out contractors and compare submitted bids to keep cost down and revenue up.
