Setup the system in HCM Data Center
1. Improve the power of air conditioner:
(1) Make the approval and get the quotation are
already.
(2) Add new Constant Voltage Regulator with high
voltage for power system on the next month.
•
Join all computers at Norch Building to Windows
domain for management.
•
Complete to inventory computers and equipments.

Setup the normal PBX system at HaNoi Service Center
1. Transfer the temporary to the normal Nortel PBX
system.
2. Setup the calling right for users using by code.
3. Setup the billing software which can control staff
use the telephone, statistics for each employee and
division use the phone charges.
4. Setup the recording system which can record the
phone which customers call out and in to CS.
5. Setup the VOIP system from HN to HCM
