Relevant information is structured by category. Please do not change the
categories. The most important ones are:
Case Overview: Summarise all important key aspects of the case
Medical history and tests: Provide the patient details (age, gender, etc) and
symptoms including relevant background information of the patient – this helps to
classify the cases for the prospective audience
Imaging: Images play a pivotal role in diagnosis. Images taken with any imaging
technique (X-ray, CT, HRCT, MRI, ultrasound) can be inserted here.

Lung function: Show all case-relevant parameters measured during lung function
tests at a glance (e.g. FVC, FEV, DLCO).
Laboratory: Provide laboratory test results (including immunological, haematological
and metabolic assessment, antibodies)

results
Diagnosis: Provide an explanation of the final diagnosis based on the test results
