– Individuals who want to

independently
– Little government regulation
– Great risk for the owner

– The partnership is owned and controlled
by two or more people.
– Partners share an idea for a business.
– Partners want to cooperate in managing
and investing, and want to share the

– Unlimited liability – full legal and

representing the three forms of
ownership. Each section must include
pictures and bulleted items describing the

evaluated using the assigned rubric.
