Daily Spelling Choices/Activities
Choose one activity to do each night.
**Make sure you include your spelling sentence.
Wednesday
Parents: First give your child a pretest on Wednesday using List A. If your child gets 100% then they do
their spelling choices/activities using List B. Those that get 100% on their pre-test will take their practice
and final spelling test on List B as well.
If they miss one or more, they use List A (practice and final spelling test from List A).
Thursday & Friday
Choose a different spelling choice for Thursday and Friday from the choices on the Multiple Intelligences
Spelling Choices page on back (or on pink sheet in 3-ring binder). **Make sure you include your dictation
sentence with your spelling choices!
Monday
Give your child a practice test using lined paper from home. HAVE YOUR CHILD SOUND OUT EACH
WORD ALOUD AS THEY WRITE THEM. Then on the back of the paper, practice what they missed so you
can do well on the test the next day! Be sure your child can spell them without ANY help.
Tuesday
Give your child their spelling test using the OPA lined paper found in your packet. Please do not help your
child and do not correct! Submit with your packet and I will grade myself.
