Proyecto & Requirements
O You will be creating a storybook in Spanish
O If you made a storyboard in class you can use
that as your outline to help you get started
O The story must be 20-25 sentences long with a
minimum of 10 pages
O Each page must be illustrated whether the
illustrations are drawn, printed or cut out of a
magazine
O You will be working in pairs or alone to complete
the project
Grading
O This will count as your test grade for this chapter
O You will be graded on the following:
O Grammar: Are there grammar errors? Do the
errors hinder reader comprehension?
O Content: Is the story creative, thoughtful and
detailed?
O Illustrations: Are the illustrations neat and do they
represent the story?
O Expectations: Is it obvious that great effort and
thought were put into the project?
Things to consider
O Pick a topic that you know a lot of vocabulary for
O Keep it simple: When you start trying to say
complicated things grammar becomes difficult.
Use what you know I don’t expect you to use
grammar you are not familiar with.
O Think about when to use imperfect vs. Preterite
O Put a new spin on an already exisiting fairy tale
or legend
