health issues help to reduce emergency situations and enable your veterinarian to treat the condition while it is more manageable and at less
cost to you. Many diseases are easily treated and managed, allowing your pet to live a full and active lifestyle.
Our Preventative Healthcare Package offers the necessary routine services your pet needs on an annual basis to monitor their health and
well-being at a price that fits your budget. You can complete these services over a 12 month period, to conveniently fit your schedule. Routine
examinations are the cornerstone to providing excellent healthcare. An Annual Comprehensive Exam is included with every package. Any
medical service needed to treat your pet’s illness will be at additional cost. This Preventative Healthcare Package is NOT pet insurance and
does not cover unexpected medical or surgical services. Pet insurance is recommended for these situations.
How Much Will This Cost?
You can choose to pay the package price in full and receive additional 10% savings on Comprehensive Exams, heartworm and flea
prevention, and many more services throughout the entire year.
Or you can choose our budget option and monthly recurring payments to cover the package cost over a 12 month period. This option does
NOT include the 10% savings on Comprehensive Exams, Flea and Heartworm prevention and other services.
How Do I Enroll?
It’s simple and free to enroll your pet today. You will need to provide a credit or debit card for the first payment and following auto payments if
you are choosing the budget option. There will be no need for billing since your payment will be automatically processed every 30 days. It’s as
easy as that!
Why Would I Buy a Preventative Healthcare Package instead of paying for the services as I need them?
Budgeted healthcare is a generous option and convenient method of providing the entire routine care your pet needs annually. And, if you pay
the entire package in full you receive 10% savings on all exams for the entire duration of the health care package, along with Laser
Treatments and Microchips. A 12 month supply of Parasite Prevention is also available at a 10% savings. You will have peace of mind
knowing your pet is provided with the standard of care, prevention needs and routine monitoring they deserve.

Annual Oral Evaluation with full mouth X-rays, dental cleaning and polishing includes:
 General Anesthesia with IV fluid therapy, cardiac and blood pressure monitoring and hospitalization
 Oral homecare products and preventative oral health plan
 Free Oral Evaluation and Education with your technician 30 days after the dental cleaning
(Oral surgery is additional cost if required)
