This article is based off of primary sources and gives good historical background on my
topic. It tells who died and the different sides to the incident. Also, it gives more primary
sources to go to and read about.

As a primary source of information on the immediate circumstances of the shooting it
would be difficult to find a volume more fascinating than “A Short Narrative of the Horrid
Massacre in Boston.” This is helpful to my research because it is an original narrative giving
helpful evidence. This short narrative was reprinted with notes added for some clarification of
historical and geographical points which gives updated information on my topic.
Stoll, Ira. “Samuel Adams A Life”: 2008. Print. 2008.
This book is important to my research because it has information from the Boston
Massacre in great detail. It gives you things you need to know from what the characters said to
what was around them and what they were using. The book has interesting facts and goes into
great context. In chronological order Ira Stoll explains the events from the Boston Massacre.

This book gives you good background on the topic and gives good imagery on the event.
It explains the emotion and setting of the time period. There is good facts on this event and
gives good information for my paper.

of the event. It is short, gets to the point and makes it easily relatable to. It talks in
chronological order about the massacre and the events leading up to it.
