Call 1-800-222-9570 Monday thru Friday 6 am – 12 m CST Sunday 12 n - 12 m CST Once your user name and password have been established, sign in Click on Silvestri: Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-PN Examination On left, blue link, click on “exam review” A separate front page will appear related to pre-test, exam, study, history, etc. Click on “continue” Type in required information and click “login” From here, you will do the following: Step 1 – Click on 100 questions Step 2 Select “content area” Step 3 Another box listing content area is located on the right of the screen. By clicking the arrow in each section, you will see topics listed. Refer to the “test content” of each test at the end of this handout to see what subsections should be checked for each transcript comprehensive test. Step 4 Required to always select “New Questions Only” if taking the test more than one time When testing, you will have a question on the left and answers on the right. Select the correct answer by clicking on the number. A red dot will appear in the box. On the bottom left of the answer section, click on the “submit” and you will go to the next question. When all questions have been completed a small box will appear. Click on “end and tally session”. Double click on test just taken (noted by date and time). Here you will do two things A. Review your test by clicking “review” Note if you had the correct answer. If you were correct, you can opt to OR opt out of checking rationale to see if your rationale was correct. If you did not have the correct answer, rationale MUST be reviewed. B. Once completed, click “history” on top left. Re-click on test taken. Lower right, click on “Print results” Your goal is to obtain a test grade in each of the subcategories of 80 or higher. You MUST take two (2) practice tests but you may take the test as many times as you like. You are required to print your results and submit the lowest and the highest score in each section as stated below. Should you fail to submit each set of tests by the due date and time which is one (1) week after the Common Assessment – no later than 9 AM, you will receive a grade of zero “0”. The due date is no later than one week after the in-class test in that particular unit. As of the preparation of this document, the due dates are listed but are subject to change based on the fluidity of the calendar.
