It was only fifteen years ago that I was conducting research for my first book
on anti-Semitism They Have Conspired Against You. This led me to an indepth study of the 83rd Psalm written by Asaph who was a contemporary of
King David. Psalm 83 spoke of many enemies of Israel and of the pleading of
Asaph with God for His miraculous intervention on behalf of the Jewish
people. Of the several points made by this short psalm, I was intrigued by the
ten people groups who were described as conspiring against Israel. In digging
a little deeper, I realized that this covenant of nations had never taken place in
the history of Israel. I also thought that there was a strong possibility that
Asaph usage of the sentence: "They make shrewd plans against Your people,
And conspire together against Your treasured ones. They have said, "Come,
and let us wipe them out as a nation, That the name of Israel be remembered
no more." could very possibly be a literary device to express emphasis in
despair. Maybe Asaph wanted to express that Israel had enemies-a true
statement-and for emphasis, he described all her neighbors as the enemies,
akin to someone with a few foes saying:"The whole world hates me!"
Of course, an equally valid interpretation could be that it is a future attack on
Israel by a confederation of countries and/or states. I find it fascinating to look
at the people described in Psalm 83:6-8: The tents of Edom and the
Ishmaelites, Moab and the Hagrites; Gebal and Ammon and Amalek, Philistia
with the inhabitants of Tyre; Assyria also has joined with them, and compare
them to modern day countries or people groups. The results could even be too
close for comfort.
Edom - Southern Jordan
Ishmaelites - Ishmael was one of the fathers of all the Arabs.
Moab - Central Jordan
Hagarenes - Egypt
Gebal - Lebanon
Ammon - Northern Jordan
Amalek - The Sinai Peninsula
Philistia - The Gaza Strip
Tyre - Lebanon
Assyria - Iraq and parts of Syria
By these standards, Israel finds herself surrounded by enemies who have
conspired together to destroy the Jewish state. This would be a likely scenario
in light of the fact that eventually the whole world will go against Israel, but we
are faced with an inconsistency. There are two countries that have an ongoing
peace treaty with Israel in the whole Middle East: Jordan (Edom, Moab and
Ammon) and Egypt (Hagarenes, Sinai Peninsula). Yet these are listed as
enemies of Israel, so how can this be possible? I wonder if the answer could
not be found in the events of the last year and the progress of ISIS (Islamic
State) in the region? ISIS is continuously making progress in a very volatile
region, not to mention their global recruitment over the last year. A quick
review of their progress could lead credence to an upcoming fulfillment of
Psalm 83:
* ISIS started their bloody takeover campaigns in parts of Iraq and Syria.
* ISIS has also been trying to gain some ground in Northeast Lebanon and
Northern Lebanon. The mere idea that Lebanese Christians would praise
Hezbollah for fighting ISIS is frightening at best and most likely temporary.
* They even got into the Gaza Strip, giving Hamas a run for their money.
* Of course, they also recently launched an offensive in the Sinai Peninsula.
How's that peace treaty with Israel looking right now? Very shaky if ISIS
spreads further into Egypt!
* This leaves us with Jordan and the Iraqi border, which have also been
affected.
So there you have it in a nutshell. To an extent, ISIS has infiltrated all the
areas listed in Pslam 83, INCLUDING JORDAN AND EGYPT, the only two
countries with existing peace treaties with Israel. Asaph might have spoken
prophetically and we might be getting really close to seeing the evil
confederacy of Psalm 83 being formed. It was almost impossible to fathom
that Psalm 83 would have a literal fulfillment 15 years ago. Today and with the
advance of the Islamic State, I wouldn't be a bit surprised if it took place. And
what if it did take place?
While the entire civilized world appears to be in agreement regarding the
barbarism displayed by ISIS, it is now becoming obvious that the terrorist
group is not being stopped, let alone even contained. It is very surreal and
quite puzzling to see ISIS recruits coming from all corners of the world to train
under "the black banner of death". So yes indeed, the grip around Israel is
tightening at the hands of ISIS.
Israel has her plate very full with a Hamas ruled Gaza Strip in the south and a
Hezbollah ruled Lebanon in the north. The Jewish state has been on high alert
since May 14, 1948. They will not provoke but they will certainly respond.
They will do it better and faster than the rest of the world because their
existence depends on it. To an extent, the rest of the world's existence also
depends on how serious we are about ISIS. But when you hear people such
as Richard Barrett, former head of counter-terrorism at MI6 who said that:" We
cannot destroy ISIS, so we will have to learn to live with it", you wonder how
serious anybody really is about defeating ISIS? We are not even discussing
how Islamic ISIS really is or is not, but we are still faced with a terrorist group
that is organized, wealthy, well-advertised and very arrogant. The minute that
ISIS crosses the line where Israel feels threatened, they [Israel] will respond
swiftly and efficiently. No question about it.
We must also keep in mind the rest of Psalm 83 like verse 5 describing the
enemies of Israel as the enemies of God Himself: "For they have conspired
together with one mind; Against You they make a covenant." God might or
might not intervene between ISIS and the world, but if they [ISIS] go against
Israel, I am certain that He will get involved. Yet, there is still time for the
enemies of Israel to repent because God might be just but He is also patient
as Psalm 83:15-18 says:
So pursue them with Your tempest And terrify them with Your storm.
Fill their faces with dishonor, That they may seek Your name, O Lord.
Let them be ashamed and dismayed forever, And let them be humiliated and
perish,
That they may know that You alone, whose name is the Lord, Are the Most
High over all the earth
The prophetic hourglass was turned on May 14, 1948 and it is running out of
sand in its top section!
US-Israeli-Egyptian mobile sensor-fence projects to

US counter-terror experts are overseeing a lightning operation for setting up
mobile sensor towers and electronic fences in Tunisia, Egypt, Jordan and
Israel in a desperate bid to seal their borders off against the fast-moving
impetus of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant - ISIS, or at least slow it
down. This reign of terror is spreading out from Iraq and Syria and creeping
into southern Jordan, the Israeli Negev, and Egyptian Sinai, then on to Libya
and over to Tunisia and Algeria, covering a distance of 4,000 km.
When President Abdel-Fatteh El-Sisi saw his army had not repelled the ISIS
Sinai affiliate's offensive in North Sinai as it went into its second week controlling only the main highway from El Arish to Cairo via Bardawil Lake - he
turned to Washington with an urgent request to ship over mobile surveillance
sensor towers and American crews to operate them. His plan is to string them
across the Sinai Peninsula and along Egypt's borders with Libya and Sudan in
a last-chance bid to block the constant influx of reinforcements and weapons
to ISIS fighters reaching Sinai from Libya, through the Egyptian border and
from Iraq, through southern Jordan and the Israeli Negev.
The State Department acceded to the Egyptian request and has submitted
the application worth $100 million for congressional approval.
The application states: "This procurement is intended for Egyptian Border
Guard Forces, which currently lack any remote detection capability along
unpatrolled areas of Egypt's borders." Libya, Sudan and Sinai are specified.
The application goes on to explain: "The system would provide an early
warning capability to allow for faster response times to mitigate threats to the
border guards and the civilian population."
debkafile's counter-terror and intelligence sources disclose that Egypt already
has one set of American mobile sensor towers. They were installed on the 193
km long banks of the Suez Canal more than a year ago and have kept ISIS
terrorists from reaching those banks and firing missiles at passing ships to
block the waterway, like the RPG attack of Sept. 5, 2013.
The sensor towers have proved effective so long as the various terrorist
groups, such as ISIS, were deterred from directly attacking American facilities
by tactical considerations of their own, such as a preference for those systems
rather than a large-scale army forces to police the Suez zone, which would
physically impede the convoys carrying men and arms from Libya into Egypt.
The drivers of these convoys stop over at Suez and Port Suez to rest up
before carrying on with the long drive to their destinations in Sinai. Scattering
the mobile sensor towers in areas unpatrolled by Egyptian troops would
expose the American operators to ISIS attacks and abductions. So while
solving one problem, they may well generate another. In any case they won't
make the ISIS threat go away.
Whereas Egypt asked for mobile sensors, Tunisia is to have a new,
permanent fence with electronic warning stations along its route. Our counterterror experts point out that, however effective this system is, it can't promise
Tunisia hermetic protection against terrorist encroachment.
ISIS has at least two ways of getting around the fence barrier:
1. Landing by sea. The gunman who massacred 39 tourists on the Soussa
beach on June 26 landed from the Mediterranean by speedboat.
2. Circumventing the fence through the meeting point of the Tunisian-LibyanAlgerian borders. That point will not be enclosed. Tunisia may be reached
through western Algeria where the border is wide open.
The second electronic fence the United States is providing will run down 30
km of the border between Israel and Jordan from Timna to Eilat. It is a joint
project, which has become necessary to curb ISIS movements from southern
Jordan through the Israeli Negev and onto Egyptian Sinai and the Gaza Strip.

Protesters burn US, Israeli flags at annual rallies; condemn Saudi Arabia over
Yemen conflict
Millions of Iranians took part in anti-Israel and anti-US rallies across Iran on
Friday, chanting "Down with America" and "Death to Israel" on Al-Quds Day,
internationally observed annually on the last Friday of the month of Ramadan
The controversial holiday was proclaimed in 1979 by Iran's Ayatollah Ruhollah
Khomeini as a religious duty for all Muslims to rally in solidarity against Israel
and for the "liberation" of Jerusalem. Tehran says the occasion is meant to
express support for Palestinians and emphasize the importance of Jerusalem
for Muslims.
Iranian President Hassan Rouhani attended the protest on Friday but did not
speak at the main rally in Tehran, which coincided with seemingly deadlocked
nuclear talks between Iran and world powers led by the United States.
Large demonstrations were also held in Iraq and Lebanon.
Some protesters in Tehran burned Israeli and American flags. Posters showed
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Saudi King Salman and US
President Barack Obama in flames.
Using the al-Quds Day hashtag, supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei
tweeted: "There are two sides in oppression: oppressor & the oppressed. We
back the oppressed and are against oppressors."
At a mock checkpoint, several men and a woman dressed in Israeli army
uniforms shouted at people who wanted to pass and pushed them back,
threatening them with batons and guns.
"We are all here to see the freedom of Quds. The people of Palestine are
oppressed and their lands occupied," said Ahmad Moghadam, a 67-year-old
clerk.
"We stand behind Palestine until its people are freed."
Iranian military commanders also attended, with General Yahya Rahim Safavi,
a senior adviser to Khamenei, saying the al-Quds march was different this
year because of a worsening regional security situation.
Iran has backed Iraqi forces against IS and Syrian government forces against
rebels including Al-Qaeda affiliate Al-Nusra Front.
"Terrorist groups such as Daesh and Al-Nusra, with the support of the Zionists
and Saudi's cruel war against the oppressed people of Yemen... have created
a new situation in the region and the world," the official IRNA news agency
quoted Safavi as saying.
Fereshteh Ashuri, 23, a law student, said: "We still recognize Israel as the
enemy of Islam. I tell Israel to stop daydreaming and rest assured that you will
collapse."
The annual event drew massive crowds, despite the scorching temperatures
in Tehran, which were set to climb to 97 degrees Fahrenheit. Rallies were
held in cities throughout the country.
Arch-rival Saudi Arabia was also publicly condemned at the mass rallies over
its air campaign against the Iran-backed Houthi rebels in Yemen since March,
AFP reported, with the main slogan of the event denouncing the killing of
children in "Gaza and Yemen."
The crowd in Tehran chanted "Down with US, Israel and the House of Saud,"
and carried placards that declared "Zionist soldiers kill Muslims" and "the
Saudi family will fall."
Demonstrators also set fire to a large effigy representing the Islamic State,
labeled "Saudi's doll."
It was later burned along with American, Israeli and British flags, a common
gesture at public demonstrations ever since the Islamic revolution of 1979.
The rallies come as Iran and six world powers hold talks in Vienna aimed at
working out a deal to limit Iran's nuclear program in exchange for easing tens
of billions of dollars in economic penalties on the Islamic Republic.
Earlier this week, a top Iranian general said Iran will never view the US
positively, even if a deal is signed with world powers over the Islamic
Republic's nuclear program.
The commander of the Iranian ground forces, Brigadier General Ahmad Reza
Pourdastan, declared Sunday that a rapprochement was out of the question,
as the enemy is "exploiting nations and putting them in chains," the semiofficial Iranian FARS News Agency reported.
"The US might arrive at some agreements with us within the framework of the
Group 5+1 [the US, Russia, China, Britain and France plus Germany], but we
should never hold a positive view of the enemy," Pourdastan said.
"Our enmity with them is over principles and rooted in the fact that we are after
the truth and nations' freedom, but they seek to exploit nations and put them in
chains," he added.

Last weekend, the people of Greece followed their young Prime Minister's
pleadings and voted against accepting Europe's terms for another round of
bailout money. They believed him when he promised that Greece would no
longer have to follow the austerity measures imposed on them in order to
receive more funds from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the
European Union's Central Bank.
Well, later in the week, Greece defaulted on the substantial loans it had
previously received to remain solvent.
Right now, we don't know if Alexis Tsipras, the Greek PM, was right or wrong.
Greece has entered a new round of negotiations with its creditors and various
EU leaders.
Offers are being made and considered. The leaders of the industrialized and
prosperous EU nations are against continuing to pour money down the drain.
That's because they're the ones who are going to have to foot the bill.
Many of the EU's leaders and big banker-types believe it is impossible for
Greece to ever repay its massive debt. However, they're concerned about
what may happen if they allow a major, first-world nation to go bankrupt.
On the other hand, they're nervous about the precedent that will be set if
Greece's communist, anti-capitalist, pro-socialist leader succeeds in getting
more money without the nation taking any additional personal responsibility.
They believe other at-risk nations will be tempted to elect similar anti-
capitalist, pro-socialist leaders who will thumb their noses at the EU and
expect similar, no-risk bailouts.
That would spell the end of the EU's hopes for long-term financial prosperity.
All we can do now is sit back and wait to see who will win this tug-of-war. If
Europe doesn't relent and come through with some new money, Greece will
inevitably start a new program of austerity.
It will be more severe than anything its previous lenders have demanded. It
won't be imposed on them from the outside. It will be imposed on them by the
simple fact that they will have no money. Welcome to the real world, Greece.
Pardon the simplicity of this assertion, but a blind man could have seen what
was coming when the Obama administration pushed for the overthrow of the
Middle Eastern establishment during the so-called "Arab Spring" a few years
ago. But not only did the President cheerlead for the removal of the leaders of
those nations, he did everything he could to secure the rise of organizations
like the Muslim Brotherhood.
As Jeremiah Wright might have asserted, now his chickens have come home
to roost.
Since the people of Egypt, led by the only stable institution in Egypt, its
military, rose up to overthrow the Muslim Brotherhood in the summer of 2013,
600 Egyptian police and military personnel have died in the Sinai peninsula
alone. The chaos promoted in that region by America's machinations there
since 2009, has opened the door to the alarming rise of groups like ISIS, alQaeda, and others.
Last week, the top prosecutor in Egypt, Hisham Barakat (the equivalent to our
Attorney General) was murdered by a car bomb in Cairo. He was killed by
Islamic radicals most probably associated with the Muslim Brotherhood.
Earlier in the month, Islamic radicals carried out attacks near the pyramids in
Giza and at a famous temple in Luxor.
ISIS is now a formidable presence in the Egyptian Sinai -- next door to Israel.
Last week, they murdered 50 Egyptian soldiers just 250 miles from vacation
resorts visited by more than 10 million tourists each year.
Iraq, Yemen, and Syria are being torn apart by civil war between Islam's two
major factions: the Sunnis and the Shiites. In each of these places, the Sunni
faction (85% of Muslims are Sunnis) is being led by either al-Qaeda or ISIS.
But America has cast its lot with the Shiites (represented by Iran), which
comprise only 15% of the world's Muslims.
This has become a recruiting bonanza for ISIS and al-Qaeda. Young Sunni
Muslims from all over the world are choosing to join the ranks of ISIS. In just
the last few months, federal authorities in the U.S. have arrested more than 50
radicalized young people in the process of either joining or aiding ISIS. Yet
fewer than 1% of Americans are Muslim.
If you think it's becoming dangerous here, just think about the threat this
represents in places like Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Israel.
And ISIS is ramping up the rhetoric. Its leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, has
said that it is the "religious duty" of Muslims to destroy Egypt's national
monuments, including the pyramids and the Sphinx.
Anjem Choudary, the radical anti-US, anti-UK Muslim imam from the UK,
agrees. He said, "When Egypt comes under the auspices of the Khalifa
(Caliphate), there will be no more pyramids, no Sphinx, no more idolatry."
Folks, these guys are serious. And they're determined. Unless we match
these attributes in our response to them, they will win.
There's a new summer TV series on CBS called, "Zoo." It features deadly
lions, tigers, and bears, but also lethal housecats, rampaging horses, and
most of the animal kingdom caught up in a murderous rage.
The premise is that "evolution" has suddenly given animals the ability to work
together toward eliminating the thing that most threatens their survival:
humans. You and me.
Now, that premise seems pretty silly. But with science fiction, even the most
far-out story idea usually includes something that feels real -- or plausible -- to
us.
This is but another in the flood of films, television shows, and video games
depicting some sort of imminent global apocalypse. And these stories are
having worldwide, cross-cultural success. People of all nationalities and
religions show an unrelenting obsession with doomsday scenarios.
And these stories share a similar moral. They depict an arrogant and evil
humanity facing judgment for its sins -- though not by God. They see judgment
coming from nature -- either animals, climate, the earth itself, even angry
zombies!
I can't help believing that there is a deep "knowing" in the human psyche, a
realization that something is horribly askew. The world is not right and the
problem is in ourselves. And for our sins, we will be judged.
In "Zoo," one of the lead characters observes that the animals "...are no longer
afraid of us."
In Genesis 9, God told Noah and his sons that He had placed the fear and
dread of man in every beast of the earth, every bird of the air, all that move on
the earth, even on all the fish of the sea. He said, "They are given into your
hands." (Genesis 9:2)
When Israel was under God's blessing, He told them that He would "eliminate
harmful beasts from the land." (Leviticus 26:6) But when He removed that
blessing, He warned, "I will let loose among you the beasts of the field, which
shall bereave you of your children and destroy your cattle and reduce your
number so that your roads lie deserted." (Leviticus 26:22)
Why should we care? Well, not only in the movies and on television, but in
real life we are witnessing an unusual uptick in the number of animal attacks
on humans across the world. From coyotes killing two girls in upstate New
York to unusual shark attacks on the beaches of North and South Carolina.
From feral hogs in Texas to hostile monkeys overwhelming New Delhi, India.
From the first death by alligator in Texas to a lioness dragging a prominent
special effects editor from her car while on a picture safari in Africa. Bison
attacks in Yellowstone to dingo attacks in Australia. The list goes on.
Romans 8:22 says that "the whole creation groans and labors with birth
pangs...." I believe the world is going through something akin to childbirth.
That means that the labor pangs are growing in frequency and intensity as we
move toward a specific event. The pains grow stronger and come closer
together in time. The whole creation groans and travails. The earth quakes.
The land refuses to give its increase. The skies open in flood or hold back in
drought. Humans are tossed to and fro. Even the animals are affected.
An increase in animal attacks foreshadows something that will occur in the
Great Tribulation. Revelation 6 warns that the rider of the ashen horse, Death,
will kill with the sword, famine, pestilence, "and by the wild beasts of the
earth." (Revelation 6:8)
That is NOT happening now, but what we're beginning to see may be a smallscale preview of coming horrors.
And it should be enough to motivate us to prepare ourselves to leave this
earth before the main feature begins! If you have never received Jesus Christ
into your life, now is the time to do so.
Simply acknowledge that you are a sinner and that your sins separate you
from God. Believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and came to this earth
to die and receive your punishment in your place. Accept and receive His
atoning sacrifice as the free gift of pardon that it is. Then turn your back on
your old sins and follow Him through the strength and help of His Holy Spirit.
If you will simply speak to God and tell Him that you are doing those things -in all honesty and sincerity -- then from that moment, you will become a
member of God's forever family. And when Jesus returns to snatch away His
true followers, you'll be ready to go and escape the horrors that await those
who have rejected Him.
Don't put it off. The Bible tells us that "today is the day of salvation."

America's Fall - It Can't Happen To Us?

Today, many Americans see the EXPONENTIAL problems facing our nation
(fiscally, socially and our national venerability) and yet they truly DO NOT
believe that we - as a nation - can fall or suffer terror attacks. These possess a
delusional mindset that illogically believes that "It can NEVER happen to us!
We are unsinkable!" We today are more vulnerable than we ever have been
as a nation to terrorism, financial collapse and the outbreak of lawlessness.
Our national and foreign policies have been replaced with political
correctness, moral relativism, stupidity and gullibility.
The horrific and sobering realities and thoughts of America's fall are
absolutely unimaginable for countless Americans to entertain and this is how
our leaders want us. The majority of Americans live in "La-La land" and these
willingly deceive themselves into thinking that the calamities at hand are not
fatal or cannot affect us. To sooth our nation's anxious minds, Americans have
turned to the entertainment world and self-pleasure and have put ALL their
trust in a delusional false hope and into an imaginary optimistic outcome that
can NEVER be. The majority of Americans truly believe that our nation's
current death bed condition will begin to magically and miraculously cure its
self if we just get the right leaders in office. With the result of Obama's reelection in 2012 it is an affirmative that that dog is NEVER going to hunt.
Sadly, Americans and so called "Christians" lack the ETERNAL biblical
perspective to visualize the horrific sobering realities of our hour. They have
not the eyes to see the national state of lawlessness, decadence, immorality,
violence, debt, national vulnerability to terrorism, and subjective narcissism
that absolutely has saturated all facets of our American society and
bureaucracy. They are in utter delusional darkness chasing the Devil's cattle
across the sky NEVER arriving to their dreamland Utopia. They are as blind
men looking for a black cat, in a black room, which is absolutely void of light;
all the while there NEVER WAS A BLACK CAT to be found (John 3:19-21, 2
Thess. 2:10-12)! These are looking for and seeking to find - as it were - the
fictitious fountain of youth, the lost City of Eldorado, Bigfoot, the transitionary
links of evolutionary fossils or Jim Morrison and Elvis alive!, all the while
deceiving themselves and others unto their ETERNAL doom (2 Tim. 3:13,
Rev. 21:8, 22:15).
What Then?
When America DOES fall, what will the masses of America then do? It will be
too late to seek healthy godly solutions and remedies for our nation in light of
the calamities of lawlessness that will then be upon our lawless nation. Godly
solutions and answers which have been mocked and scoffed at will not be
able to be found for we as a nation have full well rejected them and have
thrown it all out for a lie (Prov. 1:22-33, 2 Thess. 2:10-12, 2 Peter 3:3). When
America does fall, lawlessness and anarchy will sweep across our land as a
tsunami and its affects will be rapid and full of violence and bloodshed. That
which once held our nation together (Our Constitution and Ten
Commandments) will then be disintegrated as mob rule, hunger, violence,
bitterness and lawlessness reign supreme.
Once America falls socially and fiscally what global restraint will then be
applied to the raging, godless, anti-Semitic, merciless and secular nations of
planet earth? Even now America is saturated with leftist progressives in key
positions of authority, principalities and bureaucracies that despise ALL that
are nation was founded on. They are an army of fifth column constitutional
destroyers who are seeking a fascist tyrannical grip and are against all of the
liberties and freedoms which have been instilled to us from our Creator and
reaffirmed by our founders. Without these borders of morality and societal
restraint we are indeed fulfilling the American prophecy of John Adam's and
the other founder's warnings. When the American Judeo/Christian dam is
removed from out of this nation and off the world's stage what then will be the
global state of our lawless world (Matt. 24:12, Rev. 6-16).
Even now, a very thin layer of America's restraint holds back the world's
lawless ambitions and evil tyrannical fascist designs. For what it is worth, it is
my personal option - which is a sound biblical one - that once the "Rapture of
the Church transpires America will then implode, thus setting off a chain
reaction that will be greatly felt throughout the entire world (2 Thess. 2:5-12). It
is in America, which is found the greatest number of biblical believers in the
world. It has been this remnant's godly influence and saltiness in these last
days that has restrained the evil in America and has continued to send forth
the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the entire world (Isa. 1:9, Matt.
5:13, John 3:16-17, 1 Cor. 15:1-4)!
When the Rapture finally takes place, many "conservatives" will be left behind
and they will be ABSOLUTELY NO match for a godless, lawless, raging
society provoked, aroused and motivated by a Leftist lawless leadership in
Washington D.C. The Left will seek to control the millions of socially
dependent American's by inciting the rage and violence that is in them against
all that oppose their secular totalitarian vision and will. This time will be much
like that of Nazi Germany and the French Revolution.
Oh my friends! How we need REALITY today and not just reality but
BIBLICAL REALITY AND TRUTH to set us free (John 8:32, 36, Gal 1:4)! My
dear friends ALL that you see around you today, the DOMINATING instability,
uncertainties, godlessness, lawlessness, decadence, immorality, narcissism,
dreadful uncertainties, and growing mob violence and rage are
OVERWHELMING SIGNS that attest to the horrific and great structural
fractures in our Republic.
My friends, we as a nation are at the point of no return. If Americans WILL
NOT acknowledge the sobering realities - which are evident every where - of
our nation's critical condition, how will they ever receive the sobering realities
of Almighty God's diagnosis of our fallen and doomed human estate and their
desperate need for Almighty God's saving solution (John 3:16-17, Acts 17:3031, Romans 3:23, Rev.20:11-15).
My dear friends, may you NOT find yourself in the delusional mindset of our
day which states, that it can NEVER happen to us! For indeed it can and it
will, for truly the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!
The prophetic people's response to a hostile society

Many people are upset about the condition of our society. It seems that it has
accelerated in growing darker and darker over the past decade. Indeed, the
lack of common sense in administering our laws and the decisions of the
courts has caused a great decline. We must remember, however, that just
because something is legal, it doesn't make it moral or ethical. The standard
of morality doesn't change. The foundation of law is from the lawgiver, God
himself, who gave the law from which all law is derived. It is the devices of
man, the commandments of men that are not steadfast. Irrespective of what
society does and is, the fulcrum of society, even the cornerstone, is the
church, which is failing America.
This is similar to Congress. Everyone complains about "Congress" and
"politicians." But when it comes to identifying specific ones, the majority
believe their "congressman" is doing fine, so they re-elect him. Same with
"churches" and "pastors." People can complain about other churches and
pastors, but believe theirs is just fine. We all need some self-examination
here. Many will become more honest and say that they know their pastor is
preaching bad doctrine, but they don't want to leave because of their "church
family." Understood. But look at the impact on America. Church is not a
country club, nor should it be. Pastors who teach extra-biblical, selfindulgence are leading their flocks astray.
If you know they are teaching a false doctrine or supporting things that are
contrary to God's word, then you will be held accountable. These teachers
have contributed to the moral decay of our nation. Tolerating such is also
having a rippling affect on our society. We are not supposed to be attending
church as a "checkmark" of being a good person, neither as part of a self-help
club where we get a feel good message and think we are improving ourselves.
As Paul writes in Galatians 2:20, "I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I
live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me." It's not about you, it's about Christ. It's
not about you improving yourself, it's about Christ in you being shown to
glorify your Father in heaven.
Many Christians and the "church" have largely turned inward, striving for selfimprovement behind four walls where sin is judged or tolerated rather than
engaged with truth in love. Many have fallen into the trap of following the
teachings of self-interested charismatic people rather than taking responsibility
to know the Word of God themselves. If we do not know the Word, how can
we express it to those who are hurting and seeking? Laziness is like salt with
no savor, "good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of
men." Take the time to know the Word of God. Don't allow others to define it
to you on their terms. Become salt and light. Don't just complain about the
world, change it by engaging with it. It does no good to improve yourself if
Christ is not revealed through you to a dark and dying world.

"You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor." -Exodus 20:16
There are times when it is hard for us to tell the truth. I am not talking about
telling a bold-faced lie. Rather, I am talking about those situations in which it's
difficult to tell the truth because you don't want to hurt someone's feelings.
There are many ways we can lie. For example, think of those times when
someone asks for your opinion on something. "What do you think?" they will
say.
So you might tell a little white lie. "Well, I have never seen anything quite like
it!" or "That's one of the most fascinating performances I've ever seen!"
Then there are those instances when someone calls, and you don't want to
answer the phone. So you say, "Tell them I'm not home."
What about those times when you say, "I forgot," and you didn't forget, or "It
was the traffic," and it wasn't the traffic, or "I am so glad you called. I was just
getting ready to call you," and you weren't.
There are other ways we can lie as well, and that is through gossip. Gossip
topples governments, wrecks marriages, ruins careers, destroys reputations,
and causes nightmares. It spawns suspicions and generates grief. Even the
very word hisses when we say it: gossip. It really is from the Serpent.
Proverbs 20:19 says, "He who goes about as a talebearer reveals secrets;
Therefore do not associate with one who flatters with his lips."
A helpful principle before you repeat something can be summed up in one
word: THINK. Ask yourself these questions the next time you're about to
repeat information:
T-Is it truthful? Are you sure it's true?
H-Is it helpful?
I-Is it inspiring?
N-Is it necessary?
K-Is it kind?
If it doesn't pass that test, then don't say it.

There shall come in the last days scoffers/mockers:
2 Peter 3:3, 4 "Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days
scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his
coming..."
I recently noticed a tremendous increase in mockers and scoffers attacking
Christianity and the Bible in general. In the past a very small percentage of the
population were atheists, agnostics and others who would attack the authority
of the Bible.
But in the last few years, there has been an explosion of rejecting the Bible to
the degree that about 20 percent of the population fall into the category and
increasing all the time. This rejection is not passive but militant and
aggressive. The spirit behind this rejection reminds me of the spirit of the
French Revolution. This is serious rebellion against the Bible.
What was so significant to me about the mocking was the power of it. There
seemed to be a vicious, disarming spiritual power associated with the
mockers. It seemed impossible to cut through this mocking spirit to defend
and proclaim the faith. In a sense, the mocking felt overpowering, which
greatly alarmed me, as I never had encountered this power before. It is the
rise of the spirit of antichrist preparing the way for the "man of sin."
Because of the effect of this mocking power, I studied the Bible to find out
what is so significant about mocking and this dangerous evil power it was
generating. I was stunned with what I found. The spiritual implications for both
the mockers and America are frightening.
On two occasions the Bible warns that the closer the coming of the Lord
Jesus, the greater the mockers/scoffers will become. These verses are found
in 2 Peter 3 and Jude, and what is so significant is both verses stress that the
prophets and apostles warned about the mockers.
Apparently the mockers are a sure indicator that the "last time" or Day of the
LORD is near. It is going to be a powerful force as the Lord's Second Coming
draws near. The driving force of the mockers is sinful lusts. Sin has taken over
and controls a person, and this is the power behind the mockers!
Notice one of the main focuses of mockers is the Second Coming of Jesus
Christ.
2 Peter 3:2-4 "That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before
by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord
and Savior: Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers,
walking after their own lusts, And saying, 'Where is the promise of his
coming?'"
Jude adds something very important about the mockers. They are completely
given over to sin and are without the Spirit of the Lord in their life; therefore,
they are reprobates with a mind that is at war with God. Their mind is void of
anything connected with God.
Jude 1:17-19 "But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken
before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; How that they told you there
should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly
lusts. These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit"
The ultimate mocking was found when Jesus Christ was in the hands of evil
men and He was dying on the cross. This mocking was Satan using men to
directly attack the Lord Jesus and it was with an all-out mocking attack. You
will notice when reading these verses that the mocking involved action.
As they were torturing the Lord, they were also mocking Him. This was an allout brutal attack by Satan to try and break the Lord. The full hatred of Satan
was being unleashed against the Lord, and at the heart of it was mocking!
Mocking is one of Satan's most powerful tools against believers.
Matthew 27:29 "And when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon
his head, and a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before him,
and mocked him, saying, Hail, King of the Jews!"
Matthew 27:31 "And after that they had mocked him, they took the robe off
from him, and put his own raiment on him, and led him away to crucify him.
Mark 15:31 Likewise also the chief priests mocking said among themselves
with the scribes, He saved others; himself he cannot save."
Luke 22:63 "And the men that held Jesus mocked him, and smote him."
Luke 23:11 "And Herod with his men of war set him at nought, and mocked
him, and arrayed him in a gorgeous robe, and sent him again to Pilate.'
Luke 23:36 "And the soldiers also mocked him, coming to him, and offering
him vinegar."
Mockers are the Seal of God's Coming Judgment
There are two criteria for a society to fulfill which seals its destruction from
God. The first is to legalize iniquity while the second is to mock God and those
that warn of the coming judgment for sin. God clearly lays out in the Bible
what are the conditions for triggering His righteous judgment on a nation.
America is now almost completed these requirements and is ready for
judgment. A judgment from which there is NO remedy.
The First Criteria
The Ordinances of the Amorites/Americans
Genesis 15:16 "But in the fourth generation they shall come hither again: for
the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full."
God told Abraham that his descendants were going to leave the land of
Canaan for 400 years because the iniquity of the people living in the land was
not complete. There is a process for a society to be engulfed by iniquity. In the
case of the Amorites/Canaanites, God gave these people 400 years to stop
iniquity. God knew that after 400 years the iniquity of the people would reach
its peak. The people would not turn from sin, but they would completely
embrace it.
When studying Genesis 15:16, there is a key word in this verse. It is the
Hebrew word translated full. This word is directly connected with the idea of
friendly or friendship. The concept of this word is that when a society is
friendly with iniquity at that point it is subject to judgment from God.
Iniquity is no longer shameful or a disgraceful. It is not hidden or done in the
dark. The people are friendly with it. They are accustomed to it. In Genesis
15:16, the Bible does not define iniquity: it simply states that there is a time for
it to mature in a society and become full.
After the 400 years, the Jews left Egypt and came back to the land of
Canaan. Today it is called the land of Israel. At this time, the Bible identifies
what is iniquity. In Leviticus 18, God warned the Jews not to follow the
Ordinances of the Canaanites who lived in the land. The Canaanites and
Amorites blended into one people; therefore it is also the Ordinances of the
Amorites that are mentioned in Genesis 15:16.
Leviticus 18:3 "After the doings of the land of Egypt, wherein ye dwelt, shall ye
not do: and after the doings of the land of Canaan, whither I bring you, shall ye
not do: neither shall ye walk in their ordinances."
In the above verse, the key word is ordinances. The Hebrew word means an
enactment and is also translated custom, manner, and statute. By using the
word ordinance the Bible is describing a society that is "friendly" with iniquity.
Iniquity had become ingrained in the Canaanite society by both customs and
laws, which made it a way of life.
For this reason, God is about to judge the Canaanites and drive them off the
land. The judgment comes because iniquity is an ordinance of the society and
not because individuals are committing sin. When a society makes iniquity an
ordinance, this is extremely serious with God. It is a trigger and the first
requirement for judgment.
Later in Leviticus chapter 18, the Bible defines iniquity. It includes such acts
as: fornication, adultery, child sacrifice, homosexuality and bestiality.
Homosexuality is singled out from this group and described as an
abomination. Without any doubt, God strongly condemns the homosexual act
as iniquity. There is no section in the Old Testament where God approves or
condones homosexuality. The homosexual act is a very serious offense to
God. It is linked with child sacrifice and bestiality. When homosexuality
becomes an ordinance, it is a leading trigger for God's judgment.
The Scriptures to show this follow:
Leviticus 18:20-23:
"Moreover thou shalt not lie carnally with thy neighbor's wife, to defile thyself
with her." (Adultery) "And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the
fire to Molech, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the
LORD." (Child sacrifice.) "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind:
it is abomination." (Homosexuality) "Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to
defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie
down thereto: it is confusion." (Bestiality)
The Bible warns that when homosexuality becomes an ordinance, social
custom or norm, it will bring God's judgment on that nation. When the Bible
defines iniquity, the homosexual act would automatically fall under the
description of this word. In the strongest language possible, the Bible says,
because of iniquity being made an ordinance, the land will vomit out its
inhabitants. The Scriptures to show this follows:
Leviticus 18:24-27:
"Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are
defiled which I cast out before you: And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit
the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants.
Ye shall therefore keep my statutes and my judgments, and shall not commit
any of these abominations; neither any of your own nation, nor any stranger
that sojourneth among you: (for all these abominations have the men of the
land done, which were before you, and the land is defiled.)"
The United States now is enacting, by both customs and laws, the Ordinances
of the Amorites; therefore the nation is defiled before the holy God of Israel
and faces His judgment. By promoting homosexuality, America has become
like the ancient pagan Amorites and has now come under the direct judgment
of God.
America promotes homosexuality by custom with events such as Gay Pride
Day, Gay Awareness Month (June), Gay day at Disney land, Gay Day at
sporting events and events like Southern Decadence in New Orleans. There
are gay clubs in high school and colleges. The political parties are pandering
to the homosexuals for their votes. By custom, homosexuality has woven into
the fabric of America. It is an ordinance.
America is continually making ordinances to advance the homosexual
agenda. They can legally "marry" now in all states. Homosexuals are now able
to adopt children and gain custody of children during a divorce. There are now
numerous hate speech laws which are being used to silence opposition to the
homosexual agenda. Both federal and state courts are declaring that
homosexuality is a "right."
America is a long way down the road to enacting all the Ordinances of the
Amorites.
The Bible warns of God judging a nation that enacts these ordinances. When
the corporate attitude of a nation is friendly toward homosexuality then at this
point the iniquity is full. It is apparent that "the cup" of America's sin is rapidly
filling up. Americans hardly blush anymore at fornication and adultery.
The nation kills over one million babies a year with up to 55 million killed
"legally" since 1973. The legalizing of abortion was an additional "Ordinance
of the Amorites/Americans". Homosexuality is fast becoming a constitutional
right.
The only ordinance left to fulfill Leviticus 18 is bestiality. This sin is most likely
being performed "under the radar" and is probably next on-line to become an
ordinance. Please do not think that this is impossible as just fifteen years ago
few thought that "homosexual marriage" would be legalized was thought
impossible. This ordinance came very fast and swept across the nation in a
few years.
Psalm 107:33, 34 "He turneth rivers into a wilderness, and the watersprings
into dry ground; a fruitful land into barrenness, for the wickedness of them that
dwell therein."
The Second Criteria
Mockers and Scoffers at the Warning of the Coming Judgment:
God is merciful and always warns before judging a nation. At God's core He
is holy, and His holiness will only allow a nation to go so far with iniquity. This
is what happened to the Canaanites, as they enacted all the Ordinances of the
Amorites and would not repent of these sins. Remember, that God is merciful
and judges a nation only as the last resort. He desires for people to repent of
their sinful ordinances and turn to Him for forgiveness.
Ezekiel 33:11 "Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no
pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and
live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of
Israel?"
The last act before God judges a nation is that He warns of the coming
destruction. This is seen in what happened with ancient Israel before it was
destroyed by the Babylonians in 600 BC. The destruction was complete as the
nation was destroyed with only a very small remnant of the people surviving.
Jerusalem was burned along with the magnificent temple. The religious
system of worship was stopped and the kingdom was taken away. God
warned this was going to happen, but the people wanted to live in the
Ordinances or Amorites.
The religious and political leaders were leading the people into the iniquity!
There were practicing all the Ordinances of the Amorites and had no intention
of repenting.
2 Chronicles 36:14 "Moreover all the chief of the priests, and the people,
transgressed very much after all the abominations of the heathen; and
polluted the house of the LORD which he had hallowed in Jerusalem. The
Babylonians were on the way to destroy Israel, but God moved in one last
effort of compassion toward the people.
He sent final messengers to warn the people of the imminent destruction.
They refused to repent and mocked the warning messengers of the Lord and
also they despised His words. Their mocking was the final trigger for
judgment. The Bible states that God reacted to the mocking with wrath and it
sealed the judgment with NO remedy."
The combination of the Ordinances of the Amorites and the mocking sealed
their destruction. The last act before judgment is that the people are so
hardened in sin, they mock God, His word, and those that warn of the
impending doom.
2 Chronicles 36:15-16 "And the LORD God of their fathers sent to them by his
messengers, rising up betimes (early), and sending; because he had
compassion on his people, and on his dwelling place: But they mocked the
messengers of God, and despised his words, and misused his prophets, until
the wrath of the LORD arose against his people, till there was no remedy."
God warns that mockers will make their bands of judgment or chastisement
much stronger. He will not allow mockers to get away with their arrogance.
Isaiah 28:22 "Now therefore be ye not mockers, lest your bands be made
strong: for I have heard from the Lord GOD of hosts a consumption, even
determined upon the whole earth."
The Swift Judgment
Once God sends His last warning and the people mock, the judgment is very
swift with no way to stop it. There is no remedy, and the people are sealed
into the destruction. When the mockers take over, the destruction SUDDENLY
hits.
Proverbs 6:15 "Therefore shall his calamity come suddenly; suddenly shall he
be broken without remedy."
Proverbs 29:1 "He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall
suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy."
How to Handle Mockers
Proverbs 14:9 "Fools make a mock at sin: but among the righteous there is
favor."
The Bible clearly states that the power behind mockers is their sinful lusts.
Mockers will protect their lusts at all costs. The Bible then identifies mockers
as fools. It is the fool's mouth which sets his destruction and a snare to the
soul. The mocking then seals them into judgment.
Proverbs 18:7 "A fool's mouth is his destruction, and his lips are the snare of
his soul. Proverbs 23:9 Speak not in the ears of a fool: for he will despise the
wisdom of thy words"
If you understand that mockers and scoffers are fools then it easy to deal with
them. It is best not to engage a fool. I will not engage a mocker at his level as
it is folly. There is great power in mocking as it is energized by hell. What I
think is best to do is not to engage a mocker or proclaim judgment and
repentance to them. I will proclaim warnings from the word of God to the
mockers and go no further.
America's Future
The nation is NOW very hardened in the Ordinances of the Amorites with no
sign of turning back to the Holy God of Israel. Most of the church has lost the
fear of God and thus cannot see the judgment coming. The key now is to
watch the growth of mockers. Atheists were a very small percentage of the
population, but in the last 10 years the percentage has shot up to over 20
percent. As they grow in numbers, they also grow in power which energizes
their mocking.
At the speed America is free-falling spiritually, in a very short time the
mocking will be at the level of the final judgment. It is very sad to watch
America die like this, But, when a nation turns from God to the Ordinances of
Amorites, judgment awaits and there is no remedy.
Our job is to stay a faithful witness for the Lord to the end. We are to stay
focused on the coming of the Lord Jesus for His bride. This is the Blessed
Hope.
Galatians 6:7 "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man
soweth, that shall he also reap."
