Another word for a punch; also used as a term for $100
worth of heroine
Ex. “ He threw me a jab. “Fu** you gon’ do nephew?” He said
sizing me up like a fitted hat.” (Pg. 19)
Ginga
Another word for having “swag”
Ex. “ When it comes to girls you gotta have Ginga. Ginga gives
you that bop in your step”. (Pg. 55)
Ganked
To steal something
Ex. “Once he even made a bulletproof vest out of Kevlar strips he
ganked from some old Goodyear's”. (Pg. 114)
Essaywhuman
A word used by The Roots rapper Blackthought; another
word for saying “what?”
Ex. ““Looks ain’t everything – like a bad b***h could have that house
in Virginia, you never know,” says Scoop. “Essaywhuman?” I say like
Blackthought from The Roots.”

Used to describe large breasts

A shorter term for “uncle”

A word that can mean anything; person, place, or thing
Ex. “The other day I was at the jawn around the corner with a
young jawn around the street. We get to the jawn, right, and the
ngh at the door is all on his jawn, not knowing I had that jawn on
me. Man, it was about to be on in that jawn.”(Pg. 4)
