Time Management
Systematic, priority-based structuring of time
allocation and distribution among competing
demands. Since time cannot be stored, and
its availability can neither be increased
beyond nor decreased from the 24 hours, the
term 'time budgeting' is said to be the more
appropriate one.

10
Assess
Once the projects have been identified,
the assessment can start. The
questions would be something similar
to:
■ Is this an action item for me?
■ Can I delegate this item?
■ What action(s) need to be done to
complete this project?
■ How much time do I need?
