districts where they place student teachers.
With Co-Teaching, we need to use school districts that
will give us quick responses to our Student Teaching
Placement Requests.

School districts are getting more
picky.
Make sure that all of your paperwork
is done correctly and on time.
Being Late may mean your paperwork
gets to the School Districts Late
and may keep you from being
placed in your choice of districts!!

teaching established by the Teacher Education Council and the Director of Clinical Services and Certification.

The Student Teacher Orientation Conference for all student teachers will begin at 9:30 a.m. on August 23, 2007
in the University Union.

The Student Teacher Handbook is available at www.ucmo.edu/teach and will be reviewed at the Orientation
Conference as it contains important information vital to your student teaching experience. Attendance is
mandatory at all student teacher conferences.

A calendar for your student teaching semester is available at www.ucmo.edu/teach.

A form for a parking pass is available at www.ucmo.edu/teach. The form can be completed by you and returned
to Parking Services with a check, payable to UCM, for the correct amount, if you are interested. The fee is $1
per day; a pass will be mailed to you.

You are expected to observe faculty dress and faculty regulations at your assigned school.

You are not to participate in activities of the university which conflict with teaching duties during this semester.

Employment and/or classes in addition to student teaching are strongly discouraged.
