James 1:13-15
When tempted, no one should say, “God is
tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by
evil, nor does he tempt anyone; 14 but each
person is tempted when they are dragged away
by their own evil desire and enticed. 15 Then,
after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin;
and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to
death.

Idol
When something becomes so important to you
that it drives your behavior and commands
your emotions….you are worshipping it whether
you admit it or not.
1 Corinthians 10:13
No temptation has overtaken you except what is
common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will
not let you be tempted beyond what you can
bear. But when you are tempted, he will also
provide a way out so that you can endure it.

Daniel 3:17
