Camp Instructors: Anthony Stewart & Chris Perry
Participants in the 2nd -6th grade level will learn and work on fundamentals of wrestling, abilities range
from novice to experienced wrestlers in this age group. We will help participants to develop skills from neutral, top and
bottom positions. Appropriate techniques will be taught for this age and ability level. Along with game play participants
will learn different types of warm ups, static & dynamic stretching.
Grades 2nd -6th (Monday-Thursday) 8 am -12 pm - Price $195.00
Participants in the 7th -12 grade level will learn and work on all aspects of wrestling from warming up to a variety of
unique dynamic stretches including lacrosse ball massages. There will be a shared focus on aspects of International Style
of Wrestling Freestyle and Greco Roman. Participants will practice some popular Greco throws which can be utilized in
folk style. A takedown tournament will be one of the highlights of the camp.
Grades 7th -12th grade (Monday-Thursday) 1 pm -3:30 pm - Price $189.00
All campers will receive a camp tee shirt
BIO: Coach Anthony Stewart
Coach Stewart has 13 years as a PE & Health Teacher & Coach, for the past 8 years he has worked and coached 3 sports at Arlington.
He is currently a Physical Education teacher along with being the Varsity Assistant Wrestling Coach at Arlington High School, he
coaches volleyball and boys lacrosse. Has over 13 years of experience in coaching high school wrestling, volleyball and lacrosse.
Wrestling Accolades
3rd place in D3 NCAA’s, 2x All-American, both Scholar and scholastic team. Over 100 NCAA Division 2 & 3 wins for (AIC College &
SUNY Cortland)
3 time all state wrestler and 2 time red letter winner for SUNY Cortland, 3 year Captain for SUNY Cortland
Competed internationally on the NCAA all Star team - Bulgaria, Greece & Paris
Specializes and is well versed in Greco Roam style wrestling, Coached by former Olympic coach Joe Demo
Wrestled in High school for NY State champion High school team Niskayuna, Coached by the winningest High coaches in NY State Joe Bena
BIO : Coach Chris Perry
About: Current assistant wrestling coach at John Jay High School since 2010. Chris has helped lead the program to four consecutive
years placing in the Top 5 in Section One while having four consecutive years with an All-State wrestler as well as back to back state
finalist appearances.. He also serves as physical education teacher in the Wappingers Central School District and as the girls’ varsity
golf coach.
Career: As a high school wrestler for John Jay he was a two-time section finalist and was the 2006 Section One Champion and
Poughkeepsie Journal Wrestler of the Year. Chris went on to wrestle at Springfield College from 2006-2010 earning All-New
England honors. He has been a clinician at the Springfield College Wrestling Camp for three years and at the Section Champ Camp

team member in the sport designated below.
I understand that there are certain risks of injury inherent in the practice and play of this sport, as well as in traveling and other
related activities incidental to my child’s participation, and I am willing to assume these risks on behalf of my child. I hereby certify
that my child is fully capable of participating in the designated sport and that my child is healthy and has no physical or mental
disabilities or infirmities that would restrict full participation in these activities, except as listed below.

named Southern Westchester Wrestling Camp at Pinnacle Wrestling, its officers, coaches, sponsors, supervisors and representatives
for any injury that may be suffered by my child in the normal course of participation in the designated sport and the activities
incidental thereto, whether the result of negligence or any other cause. The activities involve risk and dangers of serious bodily
injury, including permanent disability, paralysis, and death. I accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs,
