The deputation of
the flour cake. Because it is
made of a pound of flour, a
pound of butter, a pound of
sugar, and eight eggs
(almost a pound of weight),
that the reason why It
called "Pound Cake"
Angel/Devil's food cake(天使/惡魔蛋糕)
The reason of the name
"angle" is that this kind of cake is
only made of egg white, doesn't add
any yolk and butter, so the color of
the cake is pure white, just like an
angle.

Of course, there has an angle
also has a devil, Devil's cake originate
from Germany, made of large amount of
chocolate, so this cake is black! That cause
it is named "Devil's food cake"
Chiffon(戚風蛋糕)
It's named from the
practice of chiffon, the origin
mean of "chiffon" is a kind of
cotton material, means the
cake made from this method
will as dense as the "chiffon"

How dessert affect
human body. Is dessert
has bad effects to human
body or it has good
effects to human body？
Good Effects
Many report show that
dessert can make people feel happy and
can let people’s mood turn good. Like
chocolate it can let our pressure out
because it has caffeine. Caffeine can
make nerve impulses so you may feel
happy.
Bad Effects
Dessert can make people feel
good but it has many bad effects. One is
that chocolate does contain saturated fat
and many desserts also have it. Others,
if you don’t brush your teeth after you
eat desserts, you may have tooth decay.
It also many bad effects but we don’t
talk to them in this report.
FAMOUS NATIONAL DESSERT
People never
stop the pursuit of food! Every
countries have its own culture, these
make them develop different living
habit, even the food’s
characteristic. The following is
the introduction of several famous
desserts of different countries.
France
French Macaron is one
of the famous dessert. It is a small and
hemispherical cake made by
protein, white sugar, icing sugar and
almond flour. Coating with jam or
cream as filling, showing a rich taste!
Italia
Tiramisu is the first thought
as long as we talk about Italian cake. it
is made by mascarpone, a kind of
biscuits which dipping in coffee or
rum, egg yolks, cheese and sugar.
Then sprinkle a layer of cocoa powder
on the cake surface.
There is a saying ” Desserts are installed
in women’s second stomach.“ After
reading the description, don’t you
want to try some? There are many
different delicious desserts from
different counties! All delicious foods
are waiting you to discover!

俐嘉：Let’s go to eat some desserts.
怡妏：Does someone know something good
to eat？
詩璇：I know some desserts in Ilan. Which is
very delicious.
The second screen
• In 紅豆餅 store
郁珊：I want to eat some sweet!
俐嘉：But I want to eat some salty things.
怡妏：I want both of them.
詩璇：Ooh! I know red bean cake. Let’s go.
俐嘉：It looks delicious.
Boss(思穎)：Peanut butter was all made by
myself.
Passerby(思穎)：It tastes grainy.

俐嘉：I am so hot.
郁珊：I want to eat some ice.
怡妏：Hey, where is 詩璇？
The least screen
• In 奕順軒 store
俐嘉：I want to buy some souvenir.
郁珊、怡妏：But we spend too much money
today. We want to eat for free.
詩璇：Let’s go to Ilan’s famous store 奕順軒.
Clerk(思穎)：Welcome to try some.
詩璇：The clerk is enthusiastic.
Clerk(思穎)：You can choose flavors you like.
俐嘉：That’s it. I decide to buy some egg roll for
my family.
Reflection and conclusion
Lots of people like to have snacks.
It tastes good and can release our
stress. Dessert is variety from salt to
sweet or from hot to ice. Each
flavor was favored, and I like sweet
more than salt. Which one do you
choose?
Many kinds of snacks were developed and
innovated, however they become the things
that can present characteristics of places. If I
have chances, I want to travel there and try
local specialty.
Due to this report, we take many samples.
