Short term - use for 30 days or less


Parking for birthday parties, dance recitals,
theatrical performances, booster club or PTA fund
raisers
Long term basis - use for over 30 days

Beyond the Bell programs, church services, sports

Transactions fall into two categories

Regular rental rates


Rental rates charged pursuant to a rental rate
schedule approved by the Board
“Cost incurred” requests



Waiver of regular rental fees (and often all
costs)
“Benefit” to the school
