Project Management Institute (PMI®) was established in 1969 with six members. PMI® is the most
respected and recognized management standards institute in the world.
Today PMI’s membership surpasses 600,000 in over 180 countries.
PMI is comprised of over 250+ regional charter chapters and 30+ Community of Practices (CoP).
The main goal of PMI is to provide standards to the project management world.

New Horizon Exploration and Production limited worked with AUCTechnologies to manage its major

to set up its PMO for National Bank Core Banking Program.
AUC services were rendered by Inbox Business Technologies to setup the PMO for the Oracle biggest
ERP implementation in Pakistan Army.
Later Pakistan Army PMO for ERP Program was setup by AUC.
Kalia Group of Companies Software House KalSoft utilized AUCTechnologies consulting and training to
setup its PMO.
AUCTechnologies worked in collaboration with New Horizon Pakistan to market technical and Project
Management related workshops and conducted more than 20 events together.
AUCTechnologies provided Microsoft Technology training to Unilever Pakistan through its training
Partner New Horizon Pakistan.

AUCTechnologies provided an in house training of Business Process Management utilizing IBM Business
Modeler Sui Northern Gas Private Limited.
AUCTechnologies provided an in house training of IBM Web Sphere Portal for development and
deployment of forty four ministries web presence to Electronic Government of Directorate a Federal IT
Ministry Office.
AUCTechnologies provided Network Administration and Installation training to Sur Construction, Addis
Ababa, Ethiopia through Tradesmen.
AUCTechnologies provided Project Management consultancy and training to Fidelity Partner in Malaysia
to manage the Core Banking Implementations.
AUCTechnologies worked with Baglaf Al Zafir Engineering Company UAE to train its Technical Staff on
Basic Networking and IT Management team on Project Management.
AUC was contracted by Fidelity Information Services Hong Kong to train in customized project
methodology for handling Core Banking Project.
AUCTechnologies is now working on proposal to transform Pakistan Petroleum Limited organization
from functional to Projectile by deploying central PMO.

9. Workshop Duration


Project Management with PMP Exam Preparation training is of 36 Hours/4Days
1 Hour follow up Mentoring Session for each participant on Project Management
Implementation after the completion of workshop (which is also included in program bonuses).

11. Training Investment
AUC Technologies will charge 35,000 PKR per participant for the workshop for minimum 15 Participants.
OR
AUC Technologies will charge 150,000 PKR per day (exclusive of taxes) for the workshop for maximum
20 Participants.
12. Contractual Obligations



The Client will provide the list of people attending the workshop to AUC Technologies
AUC Technologies will provide the Instructor/Consultant for the Course
AUC Technologies will provide the workshop material
