 Bulletin Board at Panther Bank.
 Email all students Student Growth Goal Presentation.
 Print and deliver copy of Student Growth Goal Presentation to a all
students. Ask students to share with their families.
 Post Student Growth Goal Presentation on Teacher Panther Bank web
page.
 Students will sign Mission Statement – “We Are All In”
 Communication to Parents:

 During the 2015-2016 school year, all 12th grade
Panther Bank students will improve their
financial services skills by one or more levels on
the financial services enduring skills rubric. In
addition, 80% of students will meet or exceed
level 3 by the end of the course and all eligible
students will score an 80% or higher on the
Business-Finance KOSSA exam.

The mission of the members of the Panther
Bank is to operate a community sponsored
financial services center to gain experience
and knowledge of how a bank operates.
WE ARE ALL IN – student signatures
 As a class we will:
 Demonstrate appropriate work ethic , work
habits, and soft skills for the workplace.
 Prepare for and get an 80% or better on the
KOSSA exam.
 Work to master enduring skills for financial
services.
 Promote and maintain a positive
professional image for the Panther Bank.
