Work with the Department Heads on their strategic planning. 2. Work with Department Heads and Program Coordinators to insure that there are direct lines of communication with the Dean’s Office on advisement matters, enrollment management, and recruiting efforts. 3. A representative from each Department sits on this committee and serves as the recruitment and retention coordinator for their Department. 5. Assist in the selection and training of advisement specialists. Initially, these will be in CRM, HST BS Ed, and PLS.
