QUALITY POLICY
Integrated Management System
The fundamental intent of the Geiger Civil and Electrical (GCE) Quality Policy is to ensure the quality of
products, services, information and communication are delivered to the client, customer or end user, in
a manner that promotes satisfaction, repeat business and referrals of GCEs products or services. It is
also GCEs intent to be considered as a quality service provider by our employee’s, stakeholders,
business partners, competitors and relevant industry and professional bodies.
Products, services, information or communication can be deemed as Quality when it meets or exceeds
the client, customer or end user’s perception of value, which will be measured against the intended or
implied specifications, purpose or guidelines. This includes ensuring the products, services, information
or communication are: reliable, consistent, precise, free from defects, competitive, delivered on time,
within budget and provide “peace of mind” and a feeling of satisfaction to the customer or end user.
Geiger Civil and Electrical will accomplish its commitment to quality by:

Sincerely listening to our employees, clients, customers, stakeholders and business
partners to build sustainable relationships, assess, anticipate, and fulfil stated and implied
needs;

Emphasising a continuous commitment to satisfaction through an ongoing process of
education, communication, evaluation as well as constant continual improvement through
setting measurable objectives and targets;

Monitor, measure, analyse and evaluate the quality of GCEs products, services,
information and communication and those of our subcontractors and suppliers;

Communicate in a timely and appropriate manner and respond promptly and honestly;

Present innovative solutions or options to add value to the client, customer or end user;

Engage suitably qualified, skilled, experienced and competent people, to deliver products,
services, and information on time, to the required standard, with minimal variance, and
within budget;

Provide training to continually improve the skills of our people, awareness and knowledge
of quality issues and practices;

Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, statutory obligations and relevant voluntary
codes of practice and standards;

Implement and maintain an accredited Integrated Management System whilst continually
pursuing improvement and innovation within the system; and

Quality related objectives and targets will be set and reviewed by senior management at
annual management review meetings.
The Geiger Civil and Electrical Integrated Management System is designed to exceed the requirements
of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008. It has the full support of the Executive Management Team and its
successful implementation and maintenance is a commitment by them.
Adherence to the Quality Policy and all Quality Management Framework, as well as active participation
in all quality related activities are a requirement of all employee’s in the Company.
