Our proposal describes Exquisite Lawn Care’s plan to weekly mow Route 24,
Willoughby Park, and Augusta Memorial Golf Course from May 30 to September
30, 2013, in a manner that will meet the town of Augusta’s needs. Our services will provide all of the required, top quality equipment, dedicated and highly trained staff necessary for the landscaping maintenance
. Exquisite Lawn Care’s customer service is highly prioritized and will always pursue to ensure the satisfaction of the customer to the best of its ability. The proposal provides you with a detailed schedule of when we will mow each designated area, the estimated labor hours the contract will require, and the complete breakdown of the grand total estimate, which is $ 16,160 . Also included in this proposal are our qualifications, safety procedures and precautions, and our past experiences with similar areas like Augusta.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Exquisite Lawn Care’s plan will guarantee that Augusta’s properties listed in the contract are safely, satisfactorily, and concisely mowed on a weekly basis. The properties enlisted are Route 24, Willoughby Park, and Augusta Memorial Golf
Course. Services will be provide May 30 through September 30. Our mowing services will provide cost efficient quality service for Augusta.
Exquisite Lawn Care offers many benefits to its customers. Our number one concern is always safety. Our concern extends from the safety of our customers, to the people of Augusta and of course to our working staff. Every employee has attended a mandatory safety seminar upon hire. All employees are mandated to attend a monthly seminar thereafter in order to continue working. Resident’s safety comes first which means that our jobs will be executed during the most convenient times for the people of Augusta. Highway jobs will be done during the slowest traffic hours of day, jobs done on the golf course will not conflict with operation hours, and visitors of Willoughby Park will be minimally affected.
We will use top of the line equipment to ensure proper lawn care and maintenance. Kevin Karter, our equipment specialist manager, makes certain that we use the best and safest equipment on the market. We will use the John
Deere Z900 R because they have the ability of cutting various levels of grass consistently and do not compromise cost with their high fuel efficiency.
Exquisite Lawn Care’s rates are highly competitive with other landscaping companies in the area. We are a smaller and local company, however, our quality and service is incomparable. Our service quality is consistently exceptional due to our extensive research to ensure that we select the most qualified employees, have and maintain the safest and first-rate equipment, as well as, run an aware and tightly managed team.
Each property will be designated mowing on different days of the week. Augusta
Memorial Golf Course will be scheduled to be mowed Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m.-
3 p.m. Route 24 will be mowed Wednesdays 12:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. and
Willoughby Park will be scheduled Thursdays 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. We have anticipated conflicts such as bad weather conditions or special events that could prevent our mowing services to mow as schedule. In the case of such an event, we promise to contact the designated responsible individual of the area in order to reschedule a convenient day and time to mow. We have noted that there are two instances where the park will not be available for mowing due to scheduled events. On these two weeks, the property will be mowed Fridays 7:00-12:00.
The entire project
’s estimated cost is $16,160 .

EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION
The equipment that we use is new, up to date and the top of its line. John Deere
Z710A, 48-inch Deck riding lawn mower (Figure1) will be used to cut the grass on all three of the properties. The 7500 E-cut Hybrid Mower (Figure 2) will be used for the golf course to maintain consistent fairways. Both of our tractors are brilliantly designed to provide top quality service in the safest manner. The
V627SP Lawn and Litter Vacuum (Figure 3) will be used at Willoughby Park and
Augusta Memorial Golf course to ensure neat and clean property. Route 24 and
Willoughby Park will need the Greenworks (18”) 10-Amp Electric string trimmer to keep all edges properly trimmed (Figure 4).

Cost Analysis/Labor Hours
This section of the proposal provides detailed cost information. Exquisite Lawn
Care does not hide or deceive its costumers. The breakdown will be the amount calculated here would be how Augusta would be billed for all services. Due to the fact that gas prices frequently change, we give caution that there could be a slight variance in pricing.
All employees work on hourly pay by contract. Each employee receives $9.00 per hour worked. Table 1 shows the estimated labor hours per week taken to mow each property.

Safety Procedures
Exquisite Lawn Care offers more than just outstanding service. We have an excellent staff as well as the top of the line equipment. Because safety is our number one priority, we use the highest safety procedures. Employees are extensively trained and are aware and considerate of the people who we affect.
All of our employees are carefully selected and are required to attend monthly safety courses in order to ensure safety. Using Exquisite Lawn Care is beneficial because we have done the research to ensure safe mowing practices. We have spoken with park and recreation, Augusta Memorial Golf course and highway management teams to create a schedule that benefits all of the people of
Augusta.

Our Employees
Our company strives to find and employ the most qualified individuals. Every employee is carefully chosen. All employees have undergone background checks and a safety seminar upon hire. Once hired, each employee is required to attend a monthly safety course to ensure that they practice the safest mowing techniques. Exquisite Lawn Care requires a minimum of a High School diploma or GED, certification for use of all equipment, and successful completion of the initial safety course.

Experience and Qualifications
Our company has been in business for 10 successful years. We have done many jobs similar to the ones like Willoughby Park, Route 24, and Augusta Memorial
Golf Course. We always carefully examine a contract before committing, in order to ensure that we are capable of fulfilling all of our promises. Once we sign a contract, we complete it with excellent work ethic and in the most cost efficient way.
In the past two years, we have done completed three similar contracts to that of
Augusta. You may know our past clients: Town of Apple, Oregon, Oregon
University, University Apartment Complex and Apple Tree Golf Course. We had great success and satisfied customers. Scheduling for these properties was similar to the proposed one. Each property was mowed on a weekly basis.
We are licensed and are permitted by the State of Oregon to run our mowing business. We make sure and keep our license and permits up to date. We have routine monthly equipment inspections to ensure all of our equipment is at its best working condition.
