Some guidance before you start
You must read the relevant sections in the Events Guidance Manual for Event Organisers before
completing this form. It will provide the answers to many of the questions you may have and is full of
useful advice and information about popular event spaces in Cardiff. You can view and download
the manual from www.bute-park.com
However, if you feel you need to speak to someone about your event at the pre-application stage
please contact the below numbers depending on where your event is proposed to be held:

Note the Council Event Team can provide quotations for certain equipment that may support your
event (e.g. crowd barriers, heras fence, toilets, bandstand, umbrellas, picket fence, forklift and
