MSCJ Course Requirements A total of 36 hours is required for the MSCJ degree in addition to successful completion of the thesis or comprehensive exam. Students must receive a “C or better” for courses to count toward candidacy; receiving more than 2 grades of a “C” will result in dismissal from the program.
