Innovative project is united by a common goal, which is planned to
systematic implementation
and confined to a specific time of the complex of measures
and the
creation, production and promotion to the market of new high-tech
products,
executors and resources.
Strategic management involves the
formulation and implementation
of the major initiatives taken by a company's
top management on behalf of owners,
based on consideration of resources
and an assessment of the internal
and external environments
in which the organization competes.
Operational management is
Management concerned
primarily
with responses to internal
issues such as improving
efficiency and controlling
costs.
Strategic management is
concerned primarily with
responses to external issues
such as in understanding
customers needs and
responding to
competitive forces.
1. creating a "unique and valuable position"
2.creating "fit" by aligning company activities with
one another to support the chosen strategy
3.making trade-offs by choosing "what not to do"
specifying the
organization's
objectives
developing
policies
and plans
designed to
achieve
these
objectives
allocating
resources to
implement
the plans
Control
Strategic management of innovation projects includes not only
the definition of long-term goals
and ways of their achievement, but also adjustments
of these paths in connection with the developments
within the project
and in its environment,
the ability to adapt
quickly to changes in the various factors and nonstandard
decisions in situations.
