Mr Lim Chin Chong
Lim Chin Chong is one of the founders and directors of JenEon Consultants Pte Ltd, a professional
consultancy company with a mission to create the best and affordable green and sustainable living
environment.
Before his current role, he has worked with Singbridge International Pte Ltd (SBI) as Executive Vice
President (Development), responsible for coordinating physical development projects. He took
charge of various development teams to align the design, planning and execution to meet the
strategic and business objectives of SBI, and worked with various divisions to explore, evaluate,
secure and implement new developments.
Prior to joining Singbridge, Mr Lim was Deputy Managing Director of the Property Development
Division of Sembawang Engineers and Constructors Pte Ltd. He was in charge of planning, design,
development and management of properties.
From 2008 till 2011, Mr Lim was a pioneer of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city project. He was
Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city Investment and Development Co.,
Ltd (SSTEC) in charge of planning and development of the 30 sqkm eco-city.
From 2000 to 2008, Mr Lim was Director of Customer Services Group of JTC Corporation in charge of
lease management, property management and building services as well as customer relationship
management. Concurrently, Mr Lim was also Chairman of First DCS Pte Ltd from 2004 to 2008.
Before 2000, Mr Lim was Director of Specialised Parks Development Group of JTC Corporation,
responsible for marketing and development of Jurong Island, Wafer Fab and Business Parks.
In addition to his industrial estate development experience, he has worked as a consultant for
master planning of large-scale industrial estates in China, Malaysia and Indonesia. He was a key
member of the master planning team for Suzhou Industrial Park. He was also General Manager of
JTC International Consultants (Suzhou) Co Ltd.
Mr Lim obtained his Bachelor of Civil Engineer (First-class Honour) and Master of Science from
National University of Singapore, and Master of Business Administration from Nanyang
Technological University.
