4Projects Pricing
The 4Projects commercial model calculates a fixed monthly fee so clients do not have to worry about hidden costs. Our offer includes:
• Unlimited number of users
• Unlimited number of organisations
• Unlimited disk storage and bandwidth limits
• Unlimited access to 4Projects technical support team
• Dedicated 4Projects Account Manager for duration of contract
• Unlimited number of projects (Enterprise clients only)
We work with potential clients to determine the full scope of their exact collaborative requirements then provide them with a fixed price for the duration of their use.
4Projects clients can select from a diverse range of collaborative functionality that can be deployed quickly and easily to meet their bespoke requirements.
Once the scope is clear, clients will be asked to sign a Customer Requirements Form (CRF – section 4) which will outline their fees and standard terms and conditions.
4Projects has two types of fees:
• Mobilisation fees - One off including training and consultancy
• Monthly service fees - Fixed dependent upon scope
These fees can only be finalised once the client scope / requirements have been confirmed
We operate a Software as a Service (SaaS) model which means that we only have one version of 4Projects to maintain, develop and support and that helps us to keep our
costs down - so that we can provide a low cost service to our clients.
Because we are a pure SaaS solution there is no need for you to buy any expensive IT infrastructure or pay for complicated implementations and roll outs, all you need is a
web browser, and off you go!
We think it’s pretty much impossible for anyone to accurately predict how many users they need to collaborate with, or how much data they may need to share on their
next project or programme. Putting limits on users or data forces project teams to hold back from using the solution as much as they actually need to.
You need freedom to use a collaboration solution as much as you want to, so we offer a NO LIMITS approach to our pricing models.
It’s so simple - you tell us what you want us to help you manage and we give you a fixed price for the duration of your requirement with the guarantee of no nasty hidden
costs.
We have two very simple pricing models that give our clients complete visibility and control:
Enterprise - Unlimited collaboration across all your project teams and internal departments
Project- Unlimited collaboration for a named project (or group of projects)
