Background

• This course is designed for advance learners and students at the university specializing in project management and business administration.

• Project management was become an attractive discipline for the university in the 50 th century. th -60 of the 20 th

• However, it is found since thousand years ago. The first assumption is Pyramid construction in Egypt. Also for example Angkor Temple Construction Project in Khmer

Empire during 1,000 years ago but all documents cannot be found for learning.

• Projects change the world where we live in.

About Lecturer

• First, I wish to dedicate this work to my father Hul

Khatt and mother Oun Tim living in Takeo province.

• This course presentation is designed by Chim Charanay who is a lecturer of BBU for business school. Mr.

Charanay has been lecturing this course at BBU since

2002.

• Mr. Charanay has graduated MBA, BBA, Diploma of

Education Science. Mr. Charanay has worked over 24 years particularly in project and program management with the Government, UN agencies, International and

National Organizations in Cambodia.

• Mr. Charanay has been also lecturing many other subjects related to organizational and strategic management at the BBU.
