in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah,
Saudi Arabia.

A constitution body of the University received an
invitation from Malaysia Ministry of Higher
Education to establish the University’s
Headquarters in Malaysia.

MEDIU obtained registration approval from the
Malaysia Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE)
and became the First International Malaysian
University providing online education through elearning to targeted students from all over the
world.

Officially began the University’s
operations and teaching mode, and
received the first maiden intake of
students from Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
