Basic Role:
The basic duties assigned as an Admin Officer at IKAN Engineering Services were:
 Managing Transport operations.
 Vehicle accidental cases, their insurance claims and up-keeping their accident reports
 Sale and purchase of office vehicles.
 Transfer process of vehicles through Excise and Taxation Office (ETO).
 Conducting the lease process for office vehicles and mortgage of property.
 Processing the police reports for the misplaced assets and vehicle accidents.
 Processing of No Objection Certificates (NOC) of vehicles being leased from the banks.
 Preparing sales/ purchase receipts, transfer letters, transfer deeds and legal documents of
vehicles.
 Daily vehicle deployment for site visits and maintaining their records.
 Managing vehicle repair and maintenance, their records and VRM bills.
 To maintain records of in-house and foreign (if any) couriers and shipments being
apprehended through TCS, DHL, OCS, FedEx, SpeedEx, DAEWOO Cargo Services and
Local Goods Forwarding Agencies

Serve as an information officer for fulfilling the queries regarding contracts and other
legal documentations being raised from HUAWEI, TELENOR, UFONE, MOBILINK,
WARID, CM PAK, ZONG, EMAAR, DHA, OGDCL, NHA, CAA, NESPAK,
UNICEF, PSO, CDA, PWD, Ministries, NADRA, UCH Project.
 To execute the Visa process of Officials and executives, arrange their tickets according to
arrivals and departures.
 Managing accommodations and conveyance for the officials being moved from Head
Quarter and branch offices to Islamabad for official visits and meetings as well as
maintaining their departure and arrival records through transmittal forms and emails.
 To prepare office assets details like: computers, laptops, cell phones, SIM cards,
projectors, cameras, GPS, Electronics appliances, vehicles. Up-keeping their In/ Out
issuance and receiving records.
 Processing the documentation for Registration of Firm, Pakistan Engineering Council
License (PEC), Chamber of Commerce Certificate and National Tax Number Certificate
(NTN).
Other Duties:
 Works as coordinator and site supervisor for TELENOR Telecommunications Tower
erection at Shindoor Polo Ground Gilgit for Shindoor Polo Festival being held in 2006
and 2007.
 Managing office Administrative tasks, file management, office decorum, security and
maintenance.
 Supervision and grooming of staff.
 Coordination with other departments.
 Able to handle the task related to procurement, sales, purchase, invoice handling, online
banking, preparation of Call Deposit Receipts (CDR), Demand Drafts (DD), Pay Orders
(PO), en-cash and depositing cheques.
