Welcome and Remarks - Sona
As part of OAA’s efforts to review and revise processes in terms of efficiency and where OAA adds “value,” Sona touched on the idea of expediting department, schools and college level processes and how to streamline and make more effective processes such as sabbaticals or the hiring process. Her goal is to figure out ways to support Chairs and
Directors so that department, schools and colleges are better served.
