2013 Dynamic Workshops Attitudes Rules: Developing Optimism and the Skill to Maintain It- Parent Presenter: Dr. Jay Klusky It all starts with attitude. When we are in an optimistic frame of mind everything seems possible, we notice opportunities, we're motivated and feel great. For many of us, being in that state is mostly a matter of chance: something we perceive as good happens - we feel one way, something we perceive as bad happens, we feel another. It can be different. How we feel and how we perceive the world around us can be a matter of choice! Our attitudes and motivations can be under our control. You and your family can learn how to create and experience the frames of mind you want with regularity. Join us and begin to learn how.
