Regional Manager – Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations (ORIC)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promote the role and objectives of the Alice Springs Regional Office with key stakeholders
and Indigenous corporations

Manage the delivery of ORIC services and programs in the Central Australian Region

 Undertake the statutory duties of the positions of Municipal Clerk and Secretary Water &
Wastewater Operations.
 Review existing and develop new Strategy Plans, Action Plans and Budgets to facilitate the
Council and Corporate Management Team to monitor and review operations, investigate
possible entrepreneurial activities and develop a Corporate Plan.
 Act as Council’s principal adviser on governance, administrative and financial matters, matters

financial, revenue collection, valuation and rating management and control systems; and to
plan, develop and recommend strategic changes.
 Develop objectives and policies and prepare policy-related reports to facilitate the Council and
Corporate Management Team in its policy-making advisory functions.
