Fitness and Physical Activity Unit Summary This course is designed to foster Skill development, physical growth, and emotional maturity, along with a carry-over recreational activity, emphasizing basic skills, rules, and field boundaries. As the course progresses, advanced game strategies will create more competitive play by students. This course also puts an emphasis on offensive and defensive skills to increase both fitness and competitiveness.
