healthy sandwiches to our customers, satisfying their
needs and expectations while carrying out good
customer service.

5. Current Opportunity- The position of our store will
have good opportunity because it’s in the flow where a
lot of people travel through and there aren’t many
sandwich shops near.
6. Projection of Business Future - Expand into a bigger
company and possibly have many franchises around
the world
Marketing Strategy
1. Product/Service- Sandwiches
2. Make a local television ad, billboard, Ad in the sales papers,
and a company car with the logo on it.
3. Pricing Strategy- Based on the cost of the food supplies,
many sandwiches would be priced based on the cost. If a
person would want to have a custom made sandwich the
different ingredients would have their separate cost. Will
still compete with the competition but also enough to
benefit.
