GEORGE LOPEZ
“George Lopez” on Saint George
Creator/Executive Producer/Writer
A multi-talented entertainer, George Lopez’s career encompasses television, film, standup
comedy and late-night television.
For two seasons, Lopez hosted Lopez Tonight, a late-night television talk show which
represented Lopez's return to series television after co-creating, writing, producing and starring
in the groundbreaking hit sitcom George Lopez, which ran for six seasons on ABC. George
Lopez remains a hit with viewers in syndication on both broadcast stations and cable., Ranking
as one of the top-rated shows on the network and among the top five comedies and top 20
weekly programs in syndication, George Lopez is one of only four off-net comedies to post
weekly ratings gains.
Lopez most recently released his second memoir, I’m Not Gonna Lie And Other Lies You Tell
When You Turn 50, where he tells the unabashed and hilarious truth about aging – as only he
can. In 2012, Lopez debuted his third solo stand-up special It’s Not Me, It’s You on
HBO. Lopez also voiced animated characters in a string of animated blockbuster
films including “Thurman” in Escape from Planet Earth opposite Jane Lynch and Sofia
Vergara, “Rafael” in Rio, along with Jamie Foxx, Anne Hathaway and Jesse Eisenberg,
“Grouchy Smurf” in The Smurfs 1 and 2, and “Papi” in The Beverly Hills Chihuahua 1, 2, and
3. His other most recent film credits include the box-office hit Valentine's Day directed by Garry
Marshall, Swing Vote, Henry Poole Is Here and Balls of Fury.
In August 2009, Lopez filmed his second HBO Comedy Special, Tall, Dark and Chicano, which
was nominated for a Grammy Award® in the category of Best Comedy Album. He headlined his
first HBO Comedy Special, America's Mexican, in 2007. Lopez has also performed as part of
HBO and TBS's Comic Relief 2006. His acclaimed comedy concert, Why You Crying?, debuted
on Showtime in 2004. He released his third standup CD, El Mas Chingon, in 2006, which also
earned Lopez a Grammy nomination in the category of Best Comedy Album. Prior to that, in
2004, he was nominated for a Grammy in the same category for his CD Team Leader. In May
2004, his autobiography, Why You Crying?, entered The New York Times Bestsellers List top 20.
The book was co-written by Emmy®-winning writer and sportscaster Armen Keteyian. Lopez
also was the focus of the award-winning documentary Brown is the New Green: George Lopez
and the American Dream.
In 2006, Lopez received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In addition, Time magazine
named him one of the 25 Most Influential Hispanics in America, and the Harris Poll named him
one of the Top Ten Favorite Television Personalities. Lopez has made more than 200 television
comedy, talk show and hosting appearances, including co-hosting the Emmy Awards and twice
hosting the Latin Grammys. In 2001, Lopez hosted a major morning radio show in Los Angeles,
becoming the first Latino to headline the key morning slot on an English-language station in one
of the nation's top radio markets.
Lopez has received the Manny Mota Foundation Community Spirit Award and was named
Honorary Mayor of Los Angeles for his extensive fundraising efforts benefiting earthquake
victims in El Salvador and Guatemala. Other honors include an Imagen Vision Award, the
Latino Spirit Award and the National Hispanic Media Coalition Impact Award.
The Lopez Foundation, founded by George, was established to create positive, permanent change
for underprivileged children and adults confronting challenges in education and health, as well as
increasing community awareness about kidney disease, organ donation, and the military. George
will be hosting the 7th Annual George Lopez Celebrity Golf Classic on May 5, 2014 which has
raised over 2 million dollars to fund The Children’s Summer & Fall Transplant Camps, San
Fernando Elementary School Toy Drive, and Military programs.

JENN LYON
“Mackenzie Bradford-Lopez” on Saint George
Jenn Lyon spent last season getting Raylan Givens all hot and bothered on the criticallyacclaimed FX series Justified. Other television credits include guest appearances on Army
Wives, Louie, and the HBO telepic Phil Spector. Her comedy troupe, POYKPAC has won
several webseries awards for its cutting edge humor.
An established stage actress, Lyon recently starred in His Girl Friday at the La Jolla Playhouse
and prior to that, opened the world premiere of John Guare's newest play, Are You There
McPhee? Her other theater credits include Born Yesterday, Only Ten Minutes to Buffalo and
Crimes of the Heart. Additionally, she appeared in the Broadway production of Tom Stoppard's
trilogy, The Coast of Utopia-Voyage, Shipwreck and Salvage.
Lyon earned a B.F.A. at North Carolina School of the Arts.

OLGA MEREDIZ
“Alma” on Saint George
Olga Merediz has entertained audiences in a variety of roles spanning theater, film and
television.
Merediz is best known for her Tony® Award nominated performance as "Abuela Claudia" in the
Broadway musical In The Heights. Her additional Broadway credits include roles in the
productions of Reckless, Mamma Mia, Man of La Mancha (original Revival cast), Les
Miserables and The Human Comedy.
Her numerous film credits include The Place Beyond the Pines starring Ryan Gosling, The
Angriest Man in Brooklyn, Remember Me, Mr. Popper’s Penguins, Changing Lanes, Music of
the Heart, Evita, Centerstage, K- Pax, City of Hope and Isn’t She Great. Merediz can next be
seen starring in Fugly! with John Leguizamo and Rosie Perez and the Chris Rock written and
directed feature, Finally Famous.
In television, Merediz has guest starred on several series including the critically-acclaimed
Orange is the New Black, Royal Pains, Blue Bloods, Law & Order: SVU, Pan Am and The
Sopranos. She has also co-written two television pilots: Addicted to Love and Papa's.
The multi-lingual actress has lent her voice to radio and television commercials, documentaries
(Cuba: The Accidental Eden) and the animated series Dora the Explorer. Most recently, she
recorded the song “Voiceless” to support the welfare of suffering animals, a cause that is very
important to her.

KADEN GIBSON
“Harper Bradford-Lopez”” on Saint George
A native of southern California, Kaden Gibson is making his dream of being an actor a reality.
Only a year after beginning his acting career, the 12-year-old has appeared in national
commercials for Mercedez and Snickers. He’s also starred in the television series Review With
Forrest MacNeil, and the TV movie Naughty or Nice. Gibson can next be seen in the upcoming
film, Cavemen, starring Skyler Astin and Chad Michael Murray.
In addition to acting, Gibson enjoys skateboarding, playing airsoft, boxing, playing the electric
guitar and practicing taekwondo.

DAVID ZAYAS
“Junior” on Saint George
David Zayas is best known for his role as “Angel Batista” on the Golden Globe®-nominated psychological
drama Dexter. His other television credits include New York Undercover, Law & Order, and NYPD Blue.
While working on the crime drama The Beat, Zayas met Emmy Award®-winning television writer and
producer Tom Fontana who went on to create the role of “Enrique Morales” on HBO's Oz especially for
him.
In film, he has starred in The Expendables, Skyline, 13, Michael Clayton, Sixteen Blocks, The Savages,
Bringing Out the Dead, The Yards, Undefeated, Wit, Angel, and The Interpreter. Zayas will next star
opposite Helen Hunt in the indie feature Ride, and the upcoming film remake of the 1982 movie musical
Annie opposite Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz.
A former New York police officer, Zayas began his acting career in 1992 in theater. He has starred in
more than 30 theater productions including Jesus Hopped the ‘A’ Train, In Arabia We’d All Be Kings, Our
Lady of 121 St., and the Pulitzer Prize®-winning Anna in the Tropics on Broadway.

DANNY TREJO
“Tio” on Saint George
Danny Trejo has developed a prolific career in the entertainment industry, yet his road to success
has been hard earned and anything but typical. From imprisonment to helping young people
battle drug addiction, acting to producing, the name, face, and achievements of Danny Trejo are
well recognized in Hollywood.
Danny Trejo grew up on the streets of Los Angeles. Despite spending the latter part of his youth
and early adulthood incarcerated, he has risen to become a great actor and a better person. Upon
his release from Soledad Prison, Trejo became involved in programs aimed at helping those who,
like him, battled or are battling drug and alcohol addictions.
Years later, Trejo visited the set of Runaway Train to offer support to a man he’d been
counseling and was immediately offered a role as a convict. Since then, he’s gone on to star in
dozens of feature films including Desperado, the From Dusk ‘Til Dawn film series, Heat
alongside Robert De Niro and Al Pacino, Con Air, Once Upon a Time in Mexico and the Spy
Kids series. Trejo has also starred in numerous independent films including Sherry Baby with
Maggie Gyllenhaal, A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas, and the Rob Zombie films The
Devil’s Rejects and Halloween. He was seen in Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino’s
Grind House, which led to a spin-off movie from the original trailers called Machete, in which
Trejo plays the anti-hero of the story, an ex-federale with a gift for wielding a blade who hides
out as a day-laborer and is double-crossed by a corrupt state senator. In addition, he starred in
Dead in Tombstone alongside Anthony Michael Hall and Mickey Rourke. In 2013, Trejo
reprised his role in Machete Kills. He can next be seen in starring in Bullet, Disney’s
Muppets…Again with Tina Fey and Ray Liotta and Bad Ass 2 alongside Danny Glover.
Trejo’s numerous television credits include a recurring role on the critically-acclaimed FX series
Sons of Anarchy and guest appearances on The Annoying Orange, Bones, Modern Family,
Breaking Bad, and Franklin and Bash. He has lent his voice to animated characters on King of
the Hill and Young Justice.
In addition to acting, Trejo has produced the award winning short An Eye for Talent and The
Animal Factory, directed by Steve Buscemi, under his own production banner Starburst. He
went on to create Trejo 4.0 Productions which produced the film High Hopes, and was acquired
by Maple Pictures/Lionsgate Canada. The company is currently developing Little Boy Blue
based on Edward Bunker’s novel.
Despite his impressive list of credits, it’s his continual role as a devoted father of three and as an
intervention counselor that bring him the most satisfaction.

DIANA MARIA RIVA
“Concepcion” on Saint George
Over her impressive 18 year career, Diana Maria Riva has established herself as a dominant force in
television, film, and theater.
Riva’s multiple television credits include roles on Rob!, The Good Guys Common Law, Philly, Sabrina, The
Teenage Witch, City of Angels, NYPD Blue and the critically-acclaimed FX drama The Bridge. She received
accolades for her performance in the original Lifetime drama series Side Order of Life, where she starred
opposite Marisa Coughlan and Jason Priestley. Some of her additional television credits include
Everybody Loves Raymond, The West Wing, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Less Than Perfect, The Drew
Carey Show, The X-Files and Family Law.
In film, Riva most recently starred in McFarland, with Kevin Costner and Maria Bello. In 2013, she
wrapped Love and Mercy with Elizabeth Banks and John Cusack and also had a supporting role in the
critically-acclaimed drama Short Term 12. In 2010, she played America Ferrera’s mother in Fox
Searchlight’s Family Wedding also starring Carlos Mencia and Forest Whitaker. Other notable film
credits include 17 Again, What Women Want, Employee of the Month, Chasing Papi and The Third
Wheel.
Riva’s numerous theater credits include her one-woman show Besame Mucho….Ok That’s Enough, a
semi-autobiographical work about the lives of a diverse group of Latin women living in America and
dealing with marriage and divorce in the Latin culture.
She and her family currently reside in Los Angeles.
