Various quilter’s terminology and tools will be discussed. You will learn accurate cutting of the fabric with our rotary cutter, how to measure and match up the fabric using accurate ¼” seam allowance. Two different block patterns that can later be made into either a wall hanging or a table runner will be taught. Then you will learn hand quilting the completed pattern. TO REGISTER: * Complete registration form. * Enclose proper tuition for each activity. Tuition must accompany registration. * Call 304.267.3585 for phone registration with Visa or MasterCard. * Some classes require additional costs which covers materials and textbooks used in class. * Checks should be made payable to Berkeley County Adult Education. * Detach registration form, come in or mail with tuition to: BERKELEY COUNTY ADULT EDUCATION 3635 WINCHESTER AVENUE, MARTINSBURG, WV 25405 304.267.3585 If you are not notified, your registration has been accepted; check dates carefully and report to class on the first scheduled night. * Registrations for classes will be accepted one week prior to start date. * Credit is NOT given for classes not attended. * *NEW*: Tuition fees must accompany registration. All refund requests must be received 1 week prior to start of class. A $10 processing fee will be accessed on all refunds. * If you are 65 or over and would like the 10% discount you must let us know at the time of registration. Summer Adult & Community Education Classes will not be held during the week of July 1 through July 8. Instructors may request adjusted schedules with the approval of their students.
