Who made me?
God made me.
Why did God make me?
God made me to know Him, love Him, and serve
Him in this world, so that I can be happy with Him
in the next.
……....Who stays focused on the goal
Have I entered into a personal relationship with Him?
Have you ever thought about what eternity is?
What we do in this little time on earth determines
where our eternity will be
If today was my last day on earth, am I at peace with
everyone in my life? Mt 6:14-15
Have I multiplied the talents that God has given me?
Mt 25
Have I used them for His glory or my own glory?
Read Mathew 25: 31-46
………Who lives as a beloved Son

 Intimacy- Into-me-see
 God is calling us into an intimacy with Him
 God’s spirit takes control of our prayer and we enter
into a relationship.
 The Spirit’s job is to pick us up and to draw us into a
relationship with the Trinity
……….Who repents
 “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at
hand; repent, and believe in the Gospel” Mark 1:15
 Repentance- “metanoia”- “to turn”
 We have to first start dealing with the sin in our lives
 2 Cor 11:14: Satan can appear as “ an angel of light”
 Lucifer = “light bearer”
……….Who repents
 Genesis 3:6- The woman saw that the tree was good
for food, and it was a delight to the eyes, and that
there is something pleasurable in it
Three components of sin- something good in it, some
thing desirable, and there is some thing pleasurable in
it.
……….Who repents
 The simplest definition of sin is disobedience to God
 God invites us to either love Him and obey Him or
choose to do things our way- choice is between death
and life
 “The wages of sin is death” Romans 6:23
 For us sin is not that big of a deal
 To God it is a very big deal. It cost Jesus His life, and
it will cost you your life
……….Who repents
 Jesus, the perfect man, prayed, “ Not as I will, but as
thou will” (Mt 26:39) , to give us an example of how
to live as a man!
 We should not come to God and follow Him for what
he is going to do for us or follow Him for the fear of
hell
 When you love God and decide you do not want to
hurt Him because you are in a relationship with
Him, then your love for God is what is keeping you
away from sin
……….Who repents
 To repent means to make a resolution that we are done

with our sins
Once you’ve apologized to God, you have to decide to do
two things
First, you have to pray for strength
Second you have to get out of the way
Once you have found your core sins, find and memorize
the Scripture verses that will help you confront those sins
Heb 12:4, “ In your struggle against sin you have not
resisted to the point of shedding your blood.”
………….Who lives in the Holy Spirit
 The key to being a man of God is surrender to the
Holy Spirit
 John 3:5- Jesus answered, “Amen, amen, I say to
you, no one can enter the kingdom of God without
being born of water and Spirit.”
 There needs to be a B.C and A.D in some one’s life
………….Who lives in the Holy Spirit
 The greek word for martyr is witness
 Read and reflect on the book of Romans
 Romans 8:5- “For those who live according to the

blossom. The spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him:
a spirit of wisdom and of understanding,
A spirit of counsel and of strength,
a spirit of knowledge and of fear of the LORD,
and his delight shall be the fear of the LORD.
………….Who lives in the Holy Spirit
 A man surrendered to God seeks God’s wisdom and
takes God’s direction. “ You lead me Spirit. Counsel
me, Spirit, so I can take the right step.” We then need
to listen and surrender.
 Hebrews 12: 5-6- “You have also forgotten the
exhortation addressed to you as sons: “My son, do

………….Who lives in the Holy Spirit
 Galatians 5:22-23- “The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy,

Mt 5:44- “But I say to you, love your enemies, and
pray for those who persecute you.”
God loves the person we do not like, and He said that

When we saying some one, “ I love you”, we are

that holiness without which no one will see the Lord.”
True holiness is a by product of love
When we are madly in love with God and his people, then
we will be holy.
Holiness : set apart
Ephesians 1:4-6 “He chose us in Him before the
foundation of the world, that we would be holy and
blameless before Him.”
………Who is Holy
 When God’s will and our will becomes one.”
 We are holy but we need to grow in holiness
 “You and I should gladly say to God each day, “ I

allowing Your will be done today.”
 The chief obstacle to holiness is pride
…..Who changes the world
 Before you can bring others to Jesus you have to
make sure you are truly His disciples.
 To be a disciple of Jesus means you have to learn
from Him every day
 John 1: 39 : Jesus says, “ Come and see.”
