different meaning.
Our world was bound before life
As we live to astound the wife
And we are alive to live this life

Example of End Rhyme #1:
From:
T'is So Much Joy, by Emily Dickinson
Life is but life, and death but death!
Bliss is but bliss, and breath but breath!
And if, indeed, I fail,
At least to know the worst is sweet.
Defeat means nothing but defeat,
No drearier can prevail!
**Eye rhyme occurs when words use the same spelling for a portion of the word, but the
pronunciations are different.
Example: 'Last Rose of Summer'
Let's look at an example of eye rhyme in the first stanza of the poem 'The Last Rose of
Summer' by Thomas Moore.
' 'Tis the last rose of summer,
Left blooming alone;
All her lovely companions
Are faded and gone;'
The final words of the second and fourth lines show eye rhyme. Listen to 'alone' and 'gone.' Do
they actually rhyme? No, they do not, but they are spelled the same.

Definition of Internal Rhyme:
Rhyme that occurs within lines rather than at the end
Example of Internal Rhyme #1:
From:
Annabel Lee, By Edgar Allan Poe
For the moon never beams without bringing medreams
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee;
And the stars never rise but I feel the bright eyes
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee;
And so, all the night-tide, I lie down by the side
Of my darling, my darling, my life and my bride,
In the sepulchre there by the sea,
In her tomb by the sounding sea.
