A: Go to your company’s quote page on Yahoo finance – in the light blue box on the left, scroll down to “company” and click on “profile” -- scroll down to “business summary” – summarize this info in your own words (don’t cut & paste!) You can also include info on “key executives” -- if you need more info you can just google the company ……more……. Q: Where do I find financial data and what do I need to include?? A: On your company’s quote page, in the light blue box on the left, scroll down to “Company” and click “key statistics”. -- include: market capitalization, profit margin, revenue, gross profit, total cash, total debt - for the report, just write this info in a couple of sentences in your body paragraph after the profile info Q: Where do I find a news article? A: On quote page, on left, scroll down to “news & info” and click on “headlines” – click on any article (blue writing) – find one you like and summarize it in a few sentences (can be added to your body paragraph, or an additional paragraph) Q: How do I figure out how my stocks did? A: When you chart is done (at least 10 entries – 1x a week for 10 weeks), multiply the # of shares by the last trade on the last day – this is your selling price.
