Didactic methods
Class attendance and active participation is required.
Students are obliged to prepare for class, meaning do
their homework (short tests, letters, exercises).
Students work individually, in pairs or groups under
the supervision of the instructor. A very significant
element of the subject is improving communication –
exercises in, response formulating and creation of
dialogues.

 Exam from all of the material in semester 04
 Passing with a mark in semesters 01-04

Definition of preparatory subjects and initial requirements
During the first class of the semester students will write a placement test, which is going to be basis of assigning them to a
specific language group with a level which corresponds to their abilities.

Subject aim
Mastering all the general grammar rules and construction with the aim of achieving a level which will allow for the free
comprehension of foreign literature as well as communicating in everyday situations and at work.

Program content
Program content encompasses broadening language abilities acquired during previous levels of education. Getting to know
vocabulary and terminology necessary to use specialist language.
